A structure of success is critical to progress on our good to great journey.</strong> It doesn't matter what that is as long as it offers the below:<br /><br />i. An impossible, unimaginable, crazy-big dream; sourced in Love Consciousness to transform the world, which in turn will transform the dream-catcher as they play the game to realize their dreams.&nbsp;</font><span style="color:rgb(82, 82, 82)">The size of our dreams limits the growth available to us this lifetime.&nbsp;</span><span>&nbsp;</span><br /><br /><font color="#525252">If we are not growing, we are dying. And, growth lies outside our comfort zone.&nbsp;An impossible, unimaginable, crazy-big dream is a ticket to life outside the comfort zone.<br /><br />When life is good, we cling to the safety of our comfort zone, pretending to our own self that we have arrived because we are scared of the unknown outside the comfort zone. That is why good is the enemy of great and most of us end up choosing the mediocrity of good over the joyous fulfilment of great.<br /><br />ii. A Space Holder, Committed Believer, Fearless Mirror Shower, the wind beneath our wings, trampoline when we jump off the cliff (also known as - jump outside our comfort zone), Catalyst for Action and <a href="https://www.jyotigulati.com/ryd-coaching.html" target="_blank">59 other roles that RYD Coaches play</a>.<br /><br />iii. Co-travellers on their good to great journey because good to great evolutionary journey is a team sport and a community process<br /><br /><br /><strong>2. What is the design of the RYD Good to Great game?</strong><br /><br />The RYD Game is played from one year to the next with a 2-weeks Awaken Journey at the beginning of every RYD Year, as part of which 2 deep-dive immersions are gifted to those who express interest to travel their first or next RYD Year.<br /><br />The gift Awaken Journey is designed&nbsp;to challenge their commitment and for them to connect with their Inner Wisdom for an Inner Knowing if RYD is the right structure of success for their good to great journey.&nbsp;<br /><br />Only if the coachee's Inner Knowing is 10 on 10 about the RYD Coach being their coach and 10 on 10 about RYD as their structure of success for their good to great journey, they are welcomed to their first or next year.<br /><br />The gift Awaken Journey is a Rite of Passage to their first or next year, and it is designed to be difficult because the RYD good to great journey is about the coachee climbing to the summit of their Mount Everest, personally and professionally.<br /><br />Every subsequent RYD year is tougher than the previous one as every subsequent year is about the coachee climbing to the summit of the next Mount Everest of their limitless potential. What supported us to get to the summit of the first mountain in our good to great journey will not lead us forward to the summit of the next mountain.&nbsp;<br /><br />The RYD game is designed to ensure that our coachees access their infinite Power to Create to fulfil their reality-defying intentions,&nbsp;</font><span style="color:rgb(82, 82, 82)">realize their impossible unimaginable crazy-big dreams&nbsp;</span><font color="#525252"> and Have It All through 3 Growth Levers:<br /><strong>a. We are committed to travel the RYD Good to Great journey together for the next 25 years to fulfil on our community's shared Big Hairy Audacious Goal of nurturing giants from our land, supporting India to be the world's most developed, beautiful, greenest nation; with her citizens happiest, healthiest and the most prosperous; creating a Brave New World. So, how is leaving in the middle of an RYD Year any different from leaving after completing a full RYD year?&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong><br /><br />When an RYD Coachee steps into their first or next RYD Year, it is with a promise to complete a year. Growth lies outside our comfort zone. An RYD Coach has not done their job if they don't turn up the heat for their coachees and create Uncomfortable Zones (also known as Growth Zones) to support their coachees to progress on their good to great journey with velocity.&nbsp;<br /><br />With the commitment of a year, coachees sit through the uncomfortable zones, instead of quitting in response to the inevitable challenges that Life throws or when the RYD Coach throws a coachee off the cliff knowing that they are their coachees' trampoline. The coachee will either find wings to fly when thrown off the cliff (thrown outside their comfort zones), or fall down on the trampoline and jump to a place higher than before.<br /><br />During an Uncomfortable Growth Zone, the coachee may feel bored, distracted, numb, irritated or angry with the coach, overwhelmed, feeling their freedom restricted, disconnected with the RYD Community. They will also begin to project their hole in the soul and small mind on to the coach and fellow RYDians.<br /><br />If the coachee sits through this phase, they are gifted with a breakthrough and get a stronger access to their Power to Create reality in alignment with their intentions and dreams.<br /><br />The deep-dive that the coachee most wants to miss is the deep-dive that would most contribute to them.<br /><br />When the coachee most wants to quit during an RYD Year, sitting through that urge and continuing the journey till the Journey Share at the end of the RYD Year gives them their biggest breakthrough in the year.<br /><br /><strong>4. Why the importance on completing the year?</strong><br /><br />Besides the above, RYD is a build-up program. Maximum growth happens on the last day when the coachee is sharing their Journey Share in the committed listening of the community. That is why 'Not Quitting till the Year is Over' is the design of the program ever since RYD came into existence in 2013 after investigation and experimentation since 2008 on what it takes to Have It All, the research on which is still ongoing and will be forever.<br /><br /><strong>5. What if the RYD Coachee no longer resonates with their RYD Coach or the RYD Growth Levers of Leadership Depth, Craft Mastery, Business Excellence or the RYD Community?</strong><br /><br />We are creators of our experience. When in our experience, there is no resonance with others or with situations, that is because there is an experience of absence of Love within us. Something is blocking our connection to our undeniable Love Consciousness, which is our source.<br /><br />Fear doesn't exist. It is an absence of Love.&nbsp; Therefore, no resonance with others or with situations is an expression of our Fear Consciousness. When an RYD Coachee reaches such a spot, then what would most support them is for the coach to hold space for them to reflect, investigate, discover, uncover and dissolve some bit more of their Fear Consciousness for the coachee to progress on their good to great journey. I had massive learnings through the experience and through reflecting on the experience with my coach yesterday:<br /><br />Here are my learnings through the experience:<br />Who are NOT the ideal fit for going on an RYD Coach journey to realize their highest potential and be a channel of massive positive impact in the world living their Purpose through RYD Coaching by leading themselves and their coachees from good to great, realize their dreams and have it all:<br />1) CEOs, Business Owners and Senior Business Leaders wanting to transition from active leading to active coaching who feel their experience qualifies them to be coaches; and there is an unwillingness and lack of openness to unlearn and relearn<br />2) Coaches, Facilitators, Trainers unwilling to invest in their own training and development<br />3) Coaches, Facilitators, Trainers not comfortable about losing their freedom by joining an organisation.&nbsp;<br />4) Professionals who need to make money for a living and therefore, don't want to take a risk of changing their careers and start from ground zero without income for some time.<br />5) Those who haven't experienced success<br /><br />As I reflected on my experience of playing the game to onboard 12 RYD Coaches with my coach yesterday, I had deeper level learnings:<br />1. I was operating from Fear Consciousness instead of Love Consciousness while playing this game - fear of wasting my time with people who may not be the right fit which created that reality.&nbsp;<br /><br />Because of this fear, I changed our Awaken process and invited people to Explore before Make a Difference deep-dive experience in order to sort people to identify those with whom it would be worthwhile to invest my time for making a difference.<br /><br />2. I did not love, respect and revere myself as I am right now as I took out time from the time scheduled for my growth habits and transformative practises for doing these conversations by over-extending myself after 12:30 pm beyond 7 hours of work. With that, I fell from Gear 5.<br /><br />I did not believe in them as a place to come from because of which I did the Explore Conversation instead of gifting them a 2 hours Make a Difference gift deep-dive immersion from a place of Seva (Being of Service) to contribute to them before exploring. With that, I fell from Gear 4.&nbsp;<br /><br />I did not trust the Universe because I was unconsciously exploring and assessing if they are a right fit, and worried about how will I get the time to create this group of 12 and then, create the time to coach. With that, I fell from Gear 3.<br /><br />I did not relate to them as extraordinary because I had judgements about them and as an outcome, felt bored during the conversations. With that, I fell from Gear 2.<br /><br />I did not relate to myself as extraordinary as I did not feel worthy enough to make it happen. With that, I fell from Gear 1 to Gear 0.<br /><br />3. In Year 1 of Coach training, external mentors would not serve the RYD Coach Trainees. j leading the program exclusively for the RYD Coach trainees in Year 1 would contribute more to them.<br /><br />4. In the first 6 months, focus more on coaching and teaching them them the RYD Way to support them to Have It All. The training ground of CIMEC to begin from the 7th month onwards.<br /><br />5. The RYD Playbook is required to be written first before onboarding the new RYD Coach Trainees for ease of onboarding, coaching and developing them to make a massive difference through our work. That is my most important priority on which my Critical Number / metrics is required to be based on. Schedule 1 hour daily for writing.<br /><br />6. Impact is the currency, not time. Do my daily inner work by scheduling growth habits and transformative practises on my calendar from 2:01 pm to 5:01 pm, 3:01 am to 5:01 am, to raise my awareness (my consciousness) to be channel of massive positive impact. Not to give away this time for meetings or work. Hold this Sacred time from a place of love, not fear.<br /><br />7. Next Spiral of Growth for my intention: I am happy and Grateful to be a channel of massive positive impact by creating 12 RYD Coaches to make a massive massive massive difference in the world through our work by supporting them to live their Purpose through our shared Purpose, shared Values and shared BHAG to joyously lead themselves and their coachees from good to great, realize their dreams and have it all with ease and grace; while having lots of fun and adventure along the way. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.<br /><br />Structure of Success:<br />i. Work on #1 Priority, Critical Number - Write and Publish the next version of RYD Playbook.<br />ii. Counterbalancing Critical Number - Publish a book<br />iii. Hold the Sacred Daily Time for Growth Habits and Transformative Practises<br />iv. Believe and give my whole self to whoever shows up in my space through a gift Make a Difference deep-dive followed by Explore from a place of giving, not from a place of receiving.<br />v. Create and document the program for RYD Coach Trainees<br />vi. Document all RYD Processes<br />vii. He was not able to say No to his father and be true to his own Truth.</font><br /><br /><font color="#525252">When we are unable to be true to our own Truth, we suffer and as a consequence, others suffer.</font><br /><br /><font color="#525252">Transference occurs when we unconsciously redirect feelings, expectations, or patterns of behaviour that we developed in past relationships (such as with a parent) onto someone in the present (such as our spouse, leader, mentor, coach etc.). For example, if your father was critical or distant, you might project those experiences onto your husband and respond to him with the same low-energy emotions as if he were your father.</font><br /><br /><font color="#525252">What would most contribute to V would be for him to break this pattern.&nbsp;</font><br /><br /><font color="#525252">His break from RYD is in effect is a break from me, and is a symbolic representation of him standing up to an authority figure in his life.</font><br /><br /><font color="#525252">He acknowledged that he had learnt to say No in all his relationships except to me.&nbsp;</font><br /><br /><font color="#525252">Here's an example of his creating his Reality from his small mind - By mistake, I wrote 2:57 am instead of 2:57 pm as below:<br /><br />Monday 2-Dec 2:57 am IST<br />Tuesday 3-Dec 9:01 am IST<br /><br />He didn't check back with me. He assumed that I was giving him the choice of only one slot under the garb of two since 2:57 am is not a workable slot. Instead of calling that out from a place of love and belief, he felt unsupported and just accepted 9:01 am. He shared this during our Completion Conversation, which is when I shared it was a typo.<br /><br />This is an example how we come from our small mind and create our experience in alignment with our small mind and Hole in the Soul. That is why every low energy emotion needs to be acknowledged and brought into the Operation Theatre of Deep Awareness, dissected with the surgical tool of Raw Honesty for us to see the Truth of our ugly Fear hiding within for us to dissolve it with the healing power of our Loving Acceptance. Now, we can raise our consciousness all the way to Gear 5, create a reality-defying Intention to fulfil and impossible, unimaginable, crazy-big Dream to realize.<br /><br />My supporting V's choice to break from me would strengthen his Courage to stand up for himself and give him the freedom to be true to his Truth, a gift we want to give to our children and to our coachees for them to break the unconscious unhealthy pattern of not being true to their Truth. Like Kay would say, I enabled Individuation for him which teenage boys need to grow up to be healthy adults.<br /><br />I have a coachee who I have given an RYD Habit to say No to me to practise being True to their Truth.<br /><br />2. RYD had become a comfort zone for V. He had moved to the next year every subsequent year blindly, without thinking about it; telling us the importance of the Awaken Journey to ensure the coachee is 10 on 10 before stepping up into the next year.<br /><br />3. V had not been following RYD Growth Habits including Deep-dive Reflections or Weekly Reflections or Article of the Day Reflections inspite of making promises. This is actually a symptom of him not being a 10 on 10 about being in RYD.<br /><br />He created the following Intention for 31-Dec-2025 during our Completion Conversation today:<br />I am happy and grateful to practice relationship of equals, implement all my learnings and make a massive difference to my customers through 3 growth levers &ndash; Leadership Depth, Craft Mastery, Business Excellence &ndash; creating an impact of USD 1 Million with 20% profitability while Having It All. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.<br /><br />He completes effective 30-Nov-24, 5 months after the start of his 5th year from the Invoicing perspective. He has requested for delayed investment schedule by 5-Jun-25, which I have accepted.<br /><br />Here are my learnings from the Completion Conversation with V:<br />1. Awaken Journey is even more super critical for those going to the next year in RYD for the coachees to know what is their Truth with respect to RYD so that we can support them to honour that.&nbsp;<br />2. Proposing a financial solution does not serve the coachee. If the coachee is challenged financially, it would serve them more to let them go rather than make it financially easier for them.<br />3. I missed to see that V was not standing up for his Truth on 4-Oct and when I offered Rs 7.2 Catalyst program. I need to build the muscle to read my grand-coachees with the depth that I read my coachees.<br />4. Business results are key for the coachee to continue their journey with RYD as their structure of success.&nbsp;<br />5. It's important to show the mirror to the coachee as soon as it is visible that they are building a business for revenue and profit, and not for purpose and positive impact.<br /><br />Actions that I will take as an outcome of this learning experience:<br />1. Integrate the Awaken Journey for RYD Soul as part of the year-end reflection to contribute to the coaches in a same way we contribute to our coachees by creating a safe space for them to see their Truth and owning it.<br />2. Her kids have pneumonia. Pneumonia, as per Louise Hay, is an expression of - Desperate. Tired of Life. Emotional Wounds that are not allowed to heal.<br /><br />Our kids have diseases / physical conditions which could be an expression of our thoughts and feelings.<br /><br />In the deeper-dive over Zoom, I would also look for these signs and use this as a way to take her deeper for her to see the darkness within she wasn't willing to see or was blind to so that she can do the work to dissolve the darkness.<br /><br />3. In the next deep-dive over Zoom, I will check her in with asking her to assess her shoulder pain from 0 to 10.<br />And, get her to experience her Power to Create&trade; by being at the source of her own perfect health and joyous well-being.<br /><br />Her acknowledgement of herself is far more important than her gratitude for me. Yet, how many people are able to take action in alignment with that knowing?<br /><br />Knowing makes zero difference in changing the actions we take. Our actions are linked to the Beliefs we have, the Default Point on the Ball of Perspective that is giving us as a natural outcome Default Actions that give us the default circumstances we have, the default life we experience.<br /><br />&#8203;</font><span style="color:rgb(82, 82, 82)">If you listen very intently to your coachees, the words they use will reveal to you their Beliefs that are coming in the way of their growth.</span><br /><br /><font color="#525252">We believe the point that we are standing on the Ball of Perspective around Reality is the only Truth. Nothing else exists. And, we will fight tooth and nail with everyone else who are standing on their point on the Ball of Perspective from where they see something completely different.<br /><br />We all may be standing on the points on the Ball of Perspective that give us actions that don't give any of us the results that we want in our life. But, who cares about that. We care more about Being Right, my Belief is Right, than having a Great Life.<br /><br />Gifting your coachee Agility of Mind is the first gift you will give them. Agility of Mind to disengage from their point and stand at a distance from it, to see that their point of view is only a thought they have that they have given their Power of Belief to, that there are infinite points on the Ball of Perspective to stand on.<br /><br />Support them to do their Gear 1 RYD Transformative Practises which include Daily RYD Habits, which will support them to strengthen their Agility of Mind gear 1 consciousness to find a point on the Ball of Perspective and give their Power of Belief to it - I am extraordinary and I love myself.<br /><br />Reaching this point is essential to be able to do the below exercise of dismantling default beliefs for them to find Joyous Freedom to create the life they love.<br /><br />Changing their point on the ball of perspective in an area from the Default Point (Default Belief) that is generating Default Actions giving them their Default Life to a Distinctly New Point on the Ball of Perspective (Distinction) that gives them access to their Power to Create&trade; to generate their Reality in alignment with their intentions and dreams with ease and grace is the first step in our work as their coach, their wind beneath their wings, to support them to fly high in the vast sky of their limitless possibilities.<br /><br />Here's how you can help your coachees to uncover their Default Points (Default Beliefs) on the Ball of Perspective in different areas in their wheel of life and sources from where the Beliefs were adopted.<br /><br />Remember, this is a lifetime of work. Pick-up a small bit at a time instead of doing the whole exercise. Whichever area is hurting them the most, begin the exploration there.<br /><br />Tell your coachee to:<br /><br />A. Make a list of all the communities that you are a part of. All the communities that we are a part of are part of our roots, our heritage. We get both elevating beliefs and debilitating beliefs from each of the community that we belong to -&nbsp;<br />i. family of our origin<br />ii. family of our creation<br />iii. gender<br />iv. religion<br />v. region / state<br />vi. language<br />vii.&nbsp; schools / colleges we went to<br />viii. organizations we joined<br />ix. country we belong to<br />x. human being<br />xi. RYD<br />xii. Any other community that you are a part of<br /><br />B. Reflect on each community and make a list of beliefs you adopted by virtue of being a part of that community for the area of your wheel of life in which you are not getting the results you want.<br /><br />C. Values Alignment - Reflect on each Belief and do an assessment of which Value each Belief upholds or negates.<br /><br />D. Impact Assessment - Reflect on each Belief and list down the actions you end up taking as an outcome of that Belief and the Results that get created because of those Actions.<br /><br />E. Conscious Choice - Now make a Conscious Choice to&nbsp;<br />i. Drop some Beliefs<br />ii. Change some Beliefs<br />iii.
