Dear Catalysts and Pioneers,

Inside of our shared commitment to create more positive impact from our time together, I am proposing the next iteration of the RYD CEE-CPE EXPAND Event, based on inputs received directly or indirectly from you all. For our next event on 21 July 2026 Tuesday 6:07 AM to 8:37 AM IST, here is your prework:

1. Learning from the Leaders of our country — Watch Made in India: A Titan Story, a TV series.

2. Learning from the Masters around the world:
i. Pratik, Sravanya, Bikash, Ragini and Mugdha will buddy up to read 2-Second Lean by Paul A. Akers.

ii. Shweta, Sagar and Ritu will buddy up to read The Three Laws of Performance: Rewriting the Future of Your Organization and Your Life by Steve Zaffron and Dave Logan.

iii. Aakriti, Pooja and Peeyush will buddy up to read Ask and It Is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks.

iv. Ankita, Amrita, Rachita and Lina will buddy up to read The Magic of Thinking Big by David J. Schwartz.

v. Sudhakar, Saranya, Dillibabu, Vidhu and Manish will buddy up to read The Coaching Habit by Michael Bungay Stanier.

Each buddy group will teach the concepts from their book to the rest of us. I recommend each group meets once a week for a book discussion and to prepare the presentation for teaching.

You can use AI to help prepare the presentation, but only after you have personally read the book word by word, from start to finish. AI summaries are not a substitute. You will be able to teach the book effectively, authentically and powerfully only if you have read the book yourself, applied the learnt principles in your own life and observed the difference that created.

We are using a Craft Mastery distinction: we learn least by reading, more by discussing, and the most by teaching others.

I am looking forward to learning through your perspectives as you teach us from the books you read.

Here's how the event will flow:
1. I will share a warm-up questionnaire two weeks prior, for you to capture your learnings from the above two expeditions. I will share the collective responses in an Excel with you all a week prior, so that you understand each other and learn from each other even before the event.

2. From your warm-up questionnaire responses, I will pick the distinctions that I feel would most contribute to you all, and weave them into our deep-dive.

3. We will begin with a discussion on Made in India: A Titan Story, then proceed to the five buddy groups teaching from the books they read. In the last 20 minutes, all of us will do a structured reflection to integrate our learnings and complete the event.

Continue to share your good-to-great ideas to exponentially increase the value for you through our journey together — because you are the best judge of what would most contribute to you. I continue to learn from you to keep evolving RYD into its next versions.

Let's keep being Love moment to moment (LD), keep being a Student moment to moment (CM) and keep being a Space for Massive Positive Impact moment to moment (BE), to joyously lead ourselves, our health, our kids, our relationships, our team members and our businesses from good to great, realize our dreams and have it all with ease and grace; while having lots of fun and adventure together along the way.

Loving you,
j.

Jubilant in June 2026 - Game of the Month to strengthen RYD Growth Habits
Theme: Strengthening Gear 5 Consciousness for Life Mastery

Dear peaceful warriors on our shared good to great journey to lead humanity forward from Fear to Love Consciousness by leading ourselves from Fear to Love using Business as our playground,

In May, we strengthened our Gear 5 Consciousness (Excellence) for Life Mastery by choosing one Habit to practise — the one whose mastery would most progress us on our good to great journey. Mastering that habit was to do it daily.

It is time to complete Mastery in May and start Jubilant in June, to strengthen ourselves further in Gear 5 Consciousness (Excellence) for Life Mastery. Where May was about mastery through consistency, June is about mastery through joy.

Reflect and respond to the following questions to complete Mastery in May, whether you played or not, and to start Jubilant in June:
Q1. What outcomes got created as I played the game of Mastery in May?
Q2. What are my learnings and insights from playing the game in May?
Q3. What action am I committed to take as an outcome of my learnings?

After the above reflection, let's join the June game to continue strengthening ourselves across our 3 growth levers to joyously lead ourselves, our health, our kids, our relationships, our people and our businesses from good to great, realize our dreams and have it all with ease and grace.

Here's how we will play Jubilant in June:
1. Choose one Habit that gives you the most joy. Mastery is about doing something with joy, and not out of force of will or pressure of discipline. Do that Habit daily with deep joy in your heart.

2. The game is to do the Habit daily with joy in your heart. Do it as a Nano Habit, if you have to, but do not skip a day. Though, play for Big Habit level. Nano Habit is doing a habit for one minute. Big Habit is to fully do the habit the way you have designed it to best serve you.
The intensity of a Habit can range from:
i. Nano Habit - 1 min
ii. Micro Habit - 5 mins
iii. Mini Habit - 10 mins
iv. Midi Habit - 20 mins
v. Big Habit - Doing it fully, the way you have designed it
3. In your Daily / Weekly Creation, share your learnings from doing this daily habit as and when you get an insight. Capturing insights concretises and integrates the learnings into our consciousness for them to elevate our performance as we play the game of life to Have It All.

Update your Daily Status in - RYD Growth Habits Group - using the following format to hold space for each one in our community to do their growth habits. It is in giving that we receive.

Jubilant in June
Date: dd-Jun-yy Wednesday

Streak Counter: Day x
Days played this month: y
Number of times I fell off and came back: z

Leadership Depth:
1. My Jubilant in June Habit - <Describe it> - Done
2. ...

Craft Mastery:
1. ...

Business Excellence:
1. ...

Your Jubilant in June Habit could be a daily Leadership Depth Habit, a daily Craft Mastery Habit, or a daily Business Excellence Habit. A daily BE Habit is from Monday to Friday. If your BE Habit is a weekly habit, break it into a daily habit or schedule the weekly habit on a fixed day so it stays alive.

You can include additional habits for Leadership Depth, Craft Mastery and Business Excellence for your own self to design your Growth Habits Game for the month. That is your choice. The June game is to do one Jubilant in June Habit daily and consistently.

Rules of the Game:
1. Consistency over Perfection.
2. Keep the chain going
3. If the chain breaks, get back within a day
4. If the Jubilant in June habit drops, set the Streak Counter back to Day 1 when you get back.
5. The 3 gold medal winners at the end of the month are the peaceful warriors:
i. who get the maximum number of consecutive days in June 2026 for the Jubilant in June habit;
ii. who get the maximum number of days doing the above habit, irrespective of how many times they fell off;
iii. who get back every time they fall off and play till the last day.

You will self-track, and the winners will be declared based on your self-tracking. Your coaches will support you to track correctly.

The fun is in playing the game; and growth is in getting back every time we fall off, with joy for being on the good to great journey and with love for our own self.

The game begins today, 1-June-26.

Let's keep playing to joyously lead ourselves, our health, our kids, our relationships, our people and our businesses from good to great, realize our dreams and have it all with ease and grace; while having lots of fun and adventure together along the way.

Loving you,
j.

Q1. What outcomes got created as I played the game of Mastery in May?

i. I passed my Karate Belt Test and earned my Brown 3 Belt.

ii. Activated the RYD Publishing House initiative to chart the path for our coachees to progress on their Craft Mastery journey, as the growth habit in Stage 5 of Craft Mastery is writing a book to contribute to expanding the body of human knowledge and wisdom.

iii. Money flowed outwards from me with ease and grace as I paid all my bills and accounts payable on time, often ahead of time.

iv. Partnered with our AI mentor, Lalit Yagnik, to start the work on developing our AI-native RYD Playbook, with the commitment to build it in a way that supports RYD Coachees and RYD Coaches to progress on their good to great journey with greater ease, grace and velocity.

v. My 17-year-old son, Shivenn, finished two classics — The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger and Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse — both personal favourites of mine. It warmed my heart to see him read the books I had recommended. I loved our book discussions even more.

vi. Anya, my 19-year-old daughter, found a golf course near her college in the UK, hired a trolley for her golf kit, and played a 9-hole round all by herself as her nurturing me-time. What gave me immense joy is that she went of her own accord, without my inspiring her to, and that she thoroughly enjoyed herself.

vii. My husband won a golf tournament — he's thrilled.

viii. My husband came to my belt test. He told me to send him the address of the dojo and that he might drop in. I saw myself respond differently than before. Earlier, I would have told him not to come — creating the reality in alignment with my hole in the soul: 'I am all alone. No one loves me.' And even if I had given him the address, had he not shown up, I would have been mighty hurt and upset. This time, I simply gave him the address, at peace with whether he came or not. When he came, I felt grateful.

ix. I started going on evening walks with my mother.

x. My younger sister, Di, a doctor with the Indian Army, came with her daughter to stay with us for a few days. I loved connecting with her at a much deeper level. We were always deeply bonded as kids, but then life took over. I feel grateful that the two of us found our connection again. She said yes to my gift of the Awaken to Your Greatness journey with Anju.

xi. Found a way to implement Scaling-up for our coachees with greater ease, grace and velocity through Shannon's work. I have deep respect for Verne for integrating the work of business thought leaders and masters to create Scaling-up, telling us What to Do to build a great business. Shannon, his best student, learnt from him and built on that to create Metronomics, giving us a step-by-step guide on How to Implement the vast body of knowledge in Scaling-up — elegantly supplemented by her own deep study of the masters of business excellence and her hands-on experience as a business builder and then a business coach. I loved studying her work in depth in May and creating resources for our community, building further on what she has created.

xii. I discovered the joy of Lean, gifted to the world by Japan. Lean is a way to DLCM positive impact — Do Less to Create Massive positive impact -- and there is an ocean of wisdom in it to dip into. This is the next integration piece into RYD. 2026 is the year of integration for our Business Excellence components: taking Verne's Scaling-up deeper into the organization through Shannon's Metronomics, alongside AI and Lean.

xiii. Got the courage to leap across the chasm and start the RYD LT EXPAND Event — though just a day before, I was tempted to cancel it. As an outcome of that first event, I got clarity on the way forward in our journey to contribute to the leaders of the businesses we coach.

xiv. A Year 3 coachee has chosen to step into the RYD 2026 version of the journey, even though the earlier version was available to him under RYD Protection. He is also bringing his #2. The 2026 version significantly strengthens our ability to deliver on our brand promise — lead your business from good to great — and his #2 joining strengthens it further still. This is a breakthrough moment for us.

xv. In a recent Psychodrama, both RYD coaches were at 8 on 10 in their belief in our ability to be a Fortune Global 100 business ourselves. I sense their belief has since climbed far higher.

Q2. What are my learnings and insights from playing the game in May?

i. When we are winning, we are actually losing — because winning a game means we are playing at a level that is comfortable for us. When we are losing and yet still playing every day, we are actually winning, because we are growing.

ii. Stepping outside our comfort zone to do something we don't feel confident about brings our fears to the surface. When we see our fears, we can lovingly embrace them so they dissolve, and we become more Love Consciousness. I saw lack of self-confidence, self-doubt and fear of failure both before the LT EXPAND Event and before my belt test — so much so that I heard my functional fitness coach and my Karate sensei tell me, before the test, the very same things I tell my coachees: Believe that you will win. Focus on the process, not on the outcome.
As I stood up for my test, I suddenly remembered how to embrace my fears, and I lovingly told myself: I love you. I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I am whole, complete and perfect as I am right now. I love, accept and revere myself as I am right now.
And as I slept the night before the LT EXPAND Event, I told myself: I am making a difference. I trust the process of life. I trust the Universe. The Universe is gifting me my Highest Good, moment to moment. I am a channel of massive positive impact. I am whole, complete and perfect as I am right now. I believe in myself.

I slept with peace in my heart, and I led the deep-dive with love for each person who showed up, trusting that they would get what would most serve them and that I am merely a channel of massive positive impact.

iii. Implementation of any system in an organisation is possible only if the CEO / business owner has 100% belief in its value and leads its implementation with missionary zeal. My job as their coach is to hold space for that zeal to emerge, rather than to overwhelm my coachees with my own zeal.

I love playing the game so much that I make my coachees' game, and my kids' game, my own — and that sometimes has the opposite effect. My son's expression is something like: I will do it, Mom, but your being excited about it puts pressure on me and builds resistance. So back off.
That is my learning edge — to play the game with a mind without preference. Knowing that doing something will contribute massively to my coachees and my kids, and yet waiting lovingly for them to arrive at that place themselves, in their own time. The urge to protect them from the pain of learning the hard way is very strong, but I recognise it is sourced in Fear Consciousness.

iv. Awareness, at a much deeper level, of how everything emerging in my space is a mirror of what is inside me.

v. The magic of writing Top 5 Priorities — which are nothing but intentions. I wrote my Top 5 quarterly Priorities to be completed in June. Within a day, reality began to emerge to move me forward on 2 of the 5 — doing nothing myself in one case, and hardly anything in the other.

Q3. What action am I committed to take as an outcome of my learnings?

I will go on my Sacred Pause from Tuesday 9-June-26 to Monday 6-July-26.

I am stepping back from the course to practise on the range to change my swing so I can hit longer with less effort by focussing on my Top 5 Individual Priorities for the Quarter, the ones I don't get time for while playing the game:

i. Top 1 — Deliver the first module of our AI-enabled RYD Playbook: Dreaming to Reality — from 5-Year Dream Lifestyle to Annual Playbook to Quarterly Creation to Monthly Creation to Weekly Creation to Daily Creation. This would support delivery on two of our three brand promises — Have It All and Realize Your Dreams — with greater ease, grace and velocity for both RYD Coachees and RYD Coaches.

ii. Checklists and Process Flows for elevating coaching excellence.

iii. 1st-level conversations with Seekers for expanding RYD Soul (the community of RYD Coaches), with the intention to onboard and nurture 8 new RYD Coaches this year.

iv. Complete this year's planned upgradation of the RYD curriculum on Business Excellence to strengthen delivery on one of our brand promises — lead your business from good to great.

v. Birth RYD Publishing House to serve our coachees on their Craft Mastery journey and publish our first book to make a bigger difference with greater velocity within the businesses we coach.

All the above while elevating my growth habits, and being fully present and available to my family.

Let's keep being Love moment to moment (LD), keep being a Student moment to moment (CM), keep being of Service moment to moment (BE), to joyously lead ourselves, our health, our kids, our relationships, our people and our businesses from good to great, realize our dreams and have it all with ease and grace; while having lots of fun and adventure together along the way.

Loving you,

Completion of Magnificent March 2026 Game

Reflection to complete Magnificent March and step into Abundance in April

Q1. What outcome did I create as an outcome of playing or not playing the game?
I had very significant insights through playing the March game - both for business and personally. Personally, I got an access to elevate my relationship with my husband.

On the business front, found 3 gaps in our coaching excellence process to address - enrolling RYD Coachees to adopt growth habits for great outcomes, starting review of CEE-CPE coachee progress by j on a regular basis instead of on need-basis, re-starting the post deep-dive reflection by coaches of the immersions led by them.

Q2. What are my learnings and insights from playing or not playing the game in March?
i. I experientially understood the power and the simplicity of the Continue-Stop-Start conversation both at work and at home.

ii. I got present to why it is difficult to do this habit and how easy it is to miss doing it. Therefore, got an access to enable our peaceful warriors to make this their winning habit.

iii. I learnt that I have missed to hold space for our peaceful warriors to understand that Growth Habits support us to DLCM (Do Less to Create More positive impact, great outcomes and joyously fulfilling value) - 80% of our time spent on Growth Habits ensures 20% of our time is spent on Powerful Effective Precise Actions which create Great Outcomes.

Today, we spend less than 20% of our time on Growth Habits and spend 80% of our time taking Actions that give us Good Outcomes.

iv. My choosing to do work at the cost of growth habits is sourced in Fear Consciousness. Every time, I choose work over growth habits, I am strengthening my Fear Consciousness.

Q3. What action am I committed to take as an outcome of my learnings?
i. Allocate time for yoga, Vipassana twice a day, morning pages, Daily Creation, Reading and Writing daily in my Daily Rhythm, Daily Walk with my husband. Use the remaining work day for doing the work (taking actions).

ii. Enrol each one in our community to choose being consistent with their Growth Habits and play the monthly Growth Habits game for each one to progress on their good to great journey with greater ease, grace and velocity.

Let's keep playing to joyously lead ourselves, our kids, our relationships, our people and our businesses from good to great, realize our dreams and have it all with ease and grace; while having lots of fun and adventure together along the way.

Loving you,
j.

Completion of Abundance in April 2026 Game

Completion of Abundance in April Game of the Month to strengthen RYD Growth Habits
Theme: Strengthening Gear 4 Consciousness for Leadership Mastery

My Reflection to complete Abundance in April game to step into Mastery in May:

Q1. What outcome did I create as an outcome of playing or not playing the game?
I did not need the pressure of discipline or the force of will power to do my growth habits in April because of my insight from playing the March game — My choosing to do work at the cost of growth habits is sourced in Fear Consciousness. Every time I choose work over growth habits, I am strengthening my Fear Consciousness.

I have had 30 days of Growth Habits, my longest streak in a long time. I got back to daily Yoga and 2 hours of daily Vipassana.

I am experiencing a shift in Being and a shift in my relationship with my kids, my husband, my coachees, with myself and with my work.

Q2. What are my learnings and insights from playing or not playing the game in April?
i. I uncovered a way to make Growth Habits easier to adopt through Nano, Micro, Mini, Midi and Big Habits.

ii. I sat with — Where there is resistance, let me be graceful acceptance and childlike trust and faith to gently flow with the river of life — through the month.

Whenever I experienced resistance around me, I found the resistance outside mirroring the resistance within which was not visible to me.

Graceful acceptance and childlike trust and faith to gently flow with the river of life, while playing full out in alignment with my reality-defying intentions and impossible, unimaginable, crazy-big dreams, centred and grounded me.

iii. Doing the growth habits not for myself but for my kids, coachees and mentees created space and energy for doing my daily growth habits with ease and grace, bringing me home to — It's in giving that we receive.

iv. Learning to slow down, especially in the implementation of 3HAG / Scaling Up. Accepting that it is not a one-quarter journey. It is a 3-year implementation journey for one full cycle and endless repetition from there on. Changing tyres while the car is moving requires changing one bit at a time.

Q3. What action am I committed to take as an outcome of my learnings?
i. I had a few days of Nano Habits in April. Committed to 100% Big Habits every day in May.

ii. Playing to do Yoga, Vipassana, Morning Pages, Prayer of Gratitude, Personal Manifesto, Raising my Consciousness, Leadership Oath, stepping into my Whole Soul and Big Mind before my first deep-dive of the day.

Let's keep playing to joyously lead ourselves, our health, our kids, our relationships, our people and our businesses from good to great, realize our dreams and have it all with ease and grace; while having lots of fun and adventure together along the way.

Loving you,
j.
