Q1. What outcomes got created as I played the game of Mastery in May?

i. I passed my Karate Belt Test and earned my Brown 3 Belt.

ii. Activated the RYD Publishing House initiative to chart the path for our coachees to progress on their Craft Mastery journey, as the growth habit in Stage 5 of Craft Mastery is writing a book to contribute to expanding the body of human knowledge and wisdom.

iii. Money flowed outwards from me with ease and grace as I paid all my bills and accounts payable on time, often ahead of time.

iv. Partnered with our AI mentor, Lalit Yagnik, to start the work on developing our AI-native RYD Playbook, with the commitment to build it in a way that supports RYD Coachees and RYD Coaches to progress on their good to great journey with greater ease, grace and velocity.

v. My 17-year-old son, Shivenn, finished two classics — The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger and Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse — both personal favourites of mine. It warmed my heart to see him read the books I had recommended. I loved our book discussions even more.

vi. Anya, my 19-year-old daughter, found a golf course near her college in the UK, hired a trolley for her golf kit, and played a 9-hole round all by herself as her nurturing me-time. What gave me immense joy is that she went of her own accord, without my inspiring her to, and that she thoroughly enjoyed herself.

vii. My husband won a golf tournament — he's thrilled.

viii. My husband came to my belt test. He told me to send him the address of the dojo and that he might drop in. I saw myself respond differently than before. Earlier, I would have told him not to come — creating the reality in alignment with my hole in the soul: 'I am all alone. No one loves me.' And even if I had given him the address, had he not shown up, I would have been mighty hurt and upset. This time, I simply gave him the address, at peace with whether he came or not. When he came, I felt grateful.

ix. I started going on evening walks with my mother.

x. My younger sister, Di, a doctor with the Indian Army, came with her daughter to stay with us for a few days. I loved connecting with her at a much deeper level. We were always deeply bonded as kids, but then life took over. I feel grateful that the two of us found our connection again. She said yes to my gift of the Awaken to Your Greatness journey with Anju.

xi. Found a way to implement Scaling-up for our coachees with greater ease, grace and velocity through Shannon's work. I have deep respect for Verne for integrating the work of business thought leaders and masters to create Scaling-up, telling us What to Do to build a great business. Shannon, his best student, learnt from him and built on that to create Metronomics, giving us a step-by-step guide on How to Implement the vast body of knowledge in Scaling-up — elegantly supplemented by her own deep study of the masters of business excellence and her hands-on experience as a business builder and then a business coach. I loved studying her work in depth in May and creating resources for our community, building further on what she has created.

xii. I discovered the joy of Lean, gifted to the world by Japan. Lean is a way to DLCM positive impact — Do Less to Create Massive positive impact -- and there is an ocean of wisdom in it to dip into. This is the next integration piece into RYD. 2026 is the year of integration for our Business Excellence components: taking Verne's Scaling-up deeper into the organization through Shannon's Metronomics, alongside AI and Lean.

xiii. Got the courage to leap across the chasm and start the RYD LT EXPAND Event — though just a day before, I was tempted to cancel it. As an outcome of that first event, I got clarity on the way forward in our journey to contribute to the leaders of the businesses we coach.

xiv. A Year 3 coachee has chosen to step into the RYD 2026 version of the journey, even though the earlier version was available to him under RYD Protection. He is also bringing his #2. The 2026 version significantly strengthens our ability to deliver on our brand promise — lead your business from good to great — and his #2 joining strengthens it further still. This is a breakthrough moment for us.

xv. In a recent Psychodrama, both RYD coaches were at 8 on 10 in their belief in our ability to be a Fortune Global 100 business ourselves. I sense their belief has since climbed far higher.

Q2. What are my learnings and insights from playing the game in May?

i. When we are winning, we are actually losing — because winning a game means we are playing at a level that is comfortable for us. When we are losing and yet still playing every day, we are actually winning, because we are growing.

ii. Stepping outside our comfort zone to do something we don't feel confident about brings our fears to the surface. When we see our fears, we can lovingly embrace them so they dissolve, and we become more Love Consciousness. I saw lack of self-confidence, self-doubt and fear of failure both before the LT EXPAND Event and before my belt test — so much so that I heard my functional fitness coach and my Karate sensei tell me, before the test, the very same things I tell my coachees: Believe that you will win. Focus on the process, not on the outcome.
As I stood up for my test, I suddenly remembered how to embrace my fears, and I lovingly told myself: I love you. I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I am whole, complete and perfect as I am right now. I love, accept and revere myself as I am right now.
And as I slept the night before the LT EXPAND Event, I told myself: I am making a difference. I trust the process of life. I trust the Universe. The Universe is gifting me my Highest Good, moment to moment. I am a channel of massive positive impact. I am whole, complete and perfect as I am right now. I believe in myself.

I slept with peace in my heart, and I led the deep-dive with love for each person who showed up, trusting that they would get what would most serve them and that I am merely a channel of massive positive impact.

iii. Implementation of any system in an organisation is possible only if the CEO / business owner has 100% belief in its value and leads its implementation with missionary zeal. My job as their coach is to hold space for that zeal to emerge, rather than to overwhelm my coachees with my own zeal.

I love playing the game so much that I make my coachees' game, and my kids' game, my own — and that sometimes has the opposite effect. My son's expression is something like: I will do it, Mom, but your being excited about it puts pressure on me and builds resistance. So back off.
That is my learning edge — to play the game with a mind without preference. Knowing that doing something will contribute massively to my coachees and my kids, and yet waiting lovingly for them to arrive at that place themselves, in their own time. The urge to protect them from the pain of learning the hard way is very strong, but I recognise it is sourced in Fear Consciousness.

iv. Awareness, at a much deeper level, of how everything emerging in my space is a mirror of what is inside me.

v. The magic of writing Top 5 Priorities — which are nothing but intentions. I wrote my Top 5 quarterly Priorities to be completed in June. Within a day, reality began to emerge to move me forward on 2 of the 5 — doing nothing myself in one case, and hardly anything in the other.

Q3. What action am I committed to take as an outcome of my learnings?

I will go on my Sacred Pause from Tuesday 9-June-26 to Monday 6-July-26.

I am stepping back from the course to practise on the range to change my swing so I can hit longer with less effort by focussing on my Top 5 Individual Priorities for the Quarter, the ones I don't get time for while playing the game:

i. Top 1 — Deliver the first module of our AI-enabled RYD Playbook: Dreaming to Reality — from 5-Year Dream Lifestyle to Annual Playbook to Quarterly Creation to Monthly Creation to Weekly Creation to Daily Creation. This would support delivery on two of our three brand promises — Have It All and Realize Your Dreams — with greater ease, grace and velocity for both RYD Coachees and RYD Coaches.

ii. Checklists and Process Flows for elevating coaching excellence.

iii. 1st-level conversations with Seekers for expanding RYD Soul (the community of RYD Coaches), with the intention to onboard and nurture 8 new RYD Coaches this year.

iv. Complete this year's planned upgradation of the RYD curriculum on Business Excellence to strengthen delivery on one of our brand promises — lead your business from good to great.

v. Birth RYD Publishing House to serve our coachees on their Craft Mastery journey and publish our first book to make a bigger difference with greater velocity within the businesses we coach.

All the above while elevating my growth habits, and being fully present and available to my family.

Let's keep being Love moment to moment (LD), keep being a Student moment to moment (CM), keep being of Service moment to moment (BE), to joyously lead ourselves, our health, our kids, our relationships, our people and our businesses from good to great, realize our dreams and have it all with ease and grace; while having lots of fun and adventure together along the way.

Loving you,
j.
