RYD CEE-CPE EXPAND Event July 2026

Dear Catalysts and Pioneers,

Inside of our shared commitment to create more positive impact from our time together, I am proposing the next iteration of the RYD CEE-CPE EXPAND Event, based on inputs received directly or indirectly from you all. For our next event on 21 July 2026 Tuesday 6:07 AM to 8:37 AM IST, here is your prework:

1. Learning from the Leaders of our country — Watch Made in India: A Titan Story, a TV series.

2. Learning from the Masters around the world:
i. Pratik, Sravanya, Bikash, Ragini and Mugdha will buddy up to read 2-Second Lean by Paul A. Akers.

ii. Shweta, Sagar and Ritu will buddy up to read The Three Laws of Performance: Rewriting the Future of Your Organization and Your Life by Steve Zaffron and Dave Logan.

iii. Aakriti, Pooja and Peeyush will buddy up to read Ask and It Is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks.

iv. Ankita, Amrita, Rachita and Lina will buddy up to read The Magic of Thinking Big by David J. Schwartz.

v. Sudhakar, Saranya, Dillibabu, Vidhu and Manish will buddy up to read The Coaching Habit by Michael Bungay Stanier.

Each buddy group will teach the concepts from their book to the rest of us. I recommend each group meets once a week for a book discussion and to prepare the presentation for teaching.

You can use AI to help prepare the presentation, but only after you have personally read the book word by word, from start to finish. AI summaries are not a substitute. You will be able to teach the book effectively, authentically and powerfully only if you have read the book yourself, applied the learnt principles in your own life and observed the difference that created.

We are using a Craft Mastery distinction: we learn least by reading, more by discussing, and the most by teaching others.

I am looking forward to learning through your perspectives as you teach us from the books you read.

Here's how the event will flow:
1. I will share a warm-up questionnaire two weeks prior, for you to capture your learnings from the above two expeditions. I will share the collective responses in an Excel with you all a week prior, so that you understand each other and learn from each other even before the event.

2. From your warm-up questionnaire responses, I will pick the distinctions that I feel would most contribute to you all, and weave them into our deep-dive.

3. We will begin with a discussion on Made in India: A Titan Story, then proceed to the five buddy groups teaching from the books they read. In the last 20 minutes, all of us will do a structured reflection to integrate our learnings and complete the event.

Continue to share your good-to-great ideas to exponentially increase the value for you through our journey together — because you are the best judge of what would most contribute to you. I continue to learn from you to keep evolving RYD into its next versions.
