RYD Leadership Team EXPAND Event

Dear Peaceful Warriors on your good to great journey,

You have been meeting your coach along with your CEO for a monthly Business Excellence deep-dive immersion to co-lead your business from good to great.

To lead our business and our kids from good to great requires us to be on our own good to great journey to raise our consciousness to Have It All:

A special program has been curated for the Leadership Team members of the businesses on the good to great journey with RYD as their structure of success, to complement the monthly Business Excellence deep-dive immersions led by your coach.

Here's the current design of the program which we will continue to iterate and co-create based on our journey together to make a bigger difference to each one of you:

1. Monthly RYD LT EXPAND Event led by Jyoti - 3 hours
2. Monthly RYD Meet the Mentor EXPAND Event - 3 hours
3. RYD Learning Bytes: Articles shared 3 times a week as per the following rhythm.
i. Monday: Leadership Depth
ii. Wednesday: Craft Mastery
iii. Friday: Business Excellence

Many of you have already been attending RYD Meet the Mentor EXPAND Events which we started from January 2026. We started RYD Learning Bytes in April 2026.

Now, we are starting the monthly RYD LT EXPAND Event in service of our shared commitment to be the world’s best Transformation Ecosystem for Businesses; nurturing great businesses from our land; with businesses that we lead, nurture and coach becoming Spaces of Grace for us to joyously lead ourselves, our health, our kids, our relationships, our team members and our businesses from good to great, realize our dreams and have it all with ease and grace; supporting India to be the world's most developed, beautiful, greenest nation with her citizens happiest, healthiest and most prosperous; creating a Brave New World of love, peace and joy.
