RYD Product Requirements Document 26-Jul-26

Finally, it is done. It was a Chasm that I was attempting to leap since last year. Took 4 leaps, the last one in Feb 2026, fell on my face. Got up, dusted myself each time and took the leap again, this time with Lalit.

I am deeply grateful for Lalit to be our Chief AI Officer and Resident AI Mentor because I finally feel safe to let go of the control of our tech platform which I have managed for the last 10 years. That is the real leap - not the technology that we are building but the letting go of control.

In the Top 5 Priorities discussion in our last week's BE deep-dive, he took ownership of our Top 1 of 5 for this year - RYD Tech Platform with a Mobile App for community engagement, individual space for Leadership Depth and Craft Mastery journeys, business team space for Business Excellence journey.

The first version of the RYD Product Requirements Document (PRD) is finally published in partnership with Sibyl, my Claude thinking partner. She held the mirror to the gaps in my thinking process that I was blind to and design conflicts I knew about but didn't know how to resolve in alignment with our Purpose, Values and BHAG; supporting me to design a much more coherent, robust and transformative system.

Our Big Hairy Audacious Goal is to build the world's best Transformation Ecosystem for Businesses. This platform is what will enable it.

And, we are building it together.
