RYD Program Evolution August 2026

Subject: Updates on RYD Meet the Mentor, RYD LT EXPAND Event, Mums At Work and Dads At Home EXPAND Events

Dear Peaceful Warriors,

Based on the learnings from the first 6 months of the year, here are few changes in the RYD Program Design to make a bigger difference to our coachees, who are at the centre of our Universe:

Learnings:
1. Once a month RYD Meet the Mentor gave very little time to process, digest and implement the learnings. Our foundational construct is depth of implementation for visible contribution and progress on the good to great journey rather than overload of information.

Key Question: What is the rhythm that would give sufficient time for the implementation of learnings?

2. Inviting RYD Explorers – L1 leaders of our coachees who onboard the RYD spaceship to support their leader's good to great journey – to the Meet the Mentor made the group-size too big, reducing the depth of engagement of our coachees with the Mentor. 

Key Question: How can we maintain depth of engagement for our coachees with the Mentor and take the learnings deeper into the businesses on the RYD Good to Great journey?

3. Highest level of learning is through teaching.

Key Question: What is the training ground for our coachees to teach what they are learning so that they progress on their good to great journey with greater ease, grace and velocity?

4. We need our Explorers to progress on their good to great journey across 3 growth levers for our coachees to lead their business from good to great. Once a month Business Excellence deep-dive for the Explorers is not sufficient for their leadership development. They need a smaller group construct, and a slower pace for learning and growth across Leadership Depth and Craft Mastery till they reach a high level of commitment to their good to great journey to become RYD Coachees.

Key Question: What could be the design of the RYD LT EXPAND Event that will serve both our coachees and our Explorers?

5. Our coachees' progress on their good to great journey requires them to step-up as Leader-as-a-Coach in Gear 3, Leader-as-an-Awakener in Gear 4, and Leader-as-a-Creator-of-a-Brave-New-World in Gear 5. We need a training ground and a structured process for practise of this transformation.

Key Question: What could be a great training ground for our coachees to learn how to coach as part of their Leadership Depth journey?

6. Dads At Home and Mums At Work Quarterly EXPAND Events are not receiving 100% community participation.

Key Question: What would most serve the community at this point in time?

7. Few Pioneers and Catalysts are missing CEE-CPE EXPAND Events, and the prework is not being completed by 100% participants.

Key Question: Since EXPAND Events are training grounds for the good to great journey, what could be a potential solution for 100% participation and 100% prework completion.


As the outcome of the above reflection, here is the

RYD Program Evolution August 2026

1. Evolve RYD Meet the Mentor EXPAND Events to
i. Once a quarter
ii. Invite only our coachees for a deeper engagement
iii. Create a structure for our coachees to teach the learnings to their L1s. This way learning is higher for our coachees and the learnings go deeper into our coachees' businesses as they teach their leaders.

2. Hibernate Mums At Work and Dads At Home for now.

3. RYD LT EXPAND Event - Create the design of the LT EXPAND Event for our coachees to coach their Leaders on Leadership Depth and Craft Mastery as part of the Monthly Meeting rhythm.
i. Once a Quarter as part of their Monthly Meeting - Coachees teach their leaders on their learnings from Meet the Mentor
ii. Once a Quarter as part of their Monthly Meeting - Coachees teach their leaders on their learnings from Leadership Depth
iii. Once a Quarter as part of their Monthly Meeting - Coachees teach their leaders on their learnings from Craft Mastery
