How to make the Right Decision?
1. Taking support of the Spiritual Body, check in with your Inner Wisdom / Intuition / Gut and become aware of its message through the Physical Body and Emotional Body
Here are the 4 Steps for Getting Your Important Decisions Right using your Intuition:
There are a few decisions that are so critical you need to get them right! There is a four-step process from a top Russian PhD candidate at MIT who researched good and bad decision making at the senior level. Here is how to know if the decision is good or not:
i. Ask yourself / team if you feel like you have 70% of the information needed to make the right decision. You’ll never have 100%.
ii. Next, literally put yourself in the alpha state (relaxed state of mind while being fully awake) through meditating.
iii. Speak out loud the decision (don’t just think it) in present tense i.e. "we are launching..."
iv. Literally check in with your gut – does it feel right in your stomach or did you get a squeezy feeling.
v. Verbalise the Opposite Decision - Repeat steps iii and iv by verbalising the present tense of the opposing decision. The key is NOT to use the word “not.” So, an opposing decision is not “we are not launching…”. Instead, you would want to verbalise the alternative “we will delay the launch and focus on…”. Does that feel better or worse. BTW, it works!! You can trust your gut if you have sufficient first-hand information, quiet your mind, speak your decision, and check in with this powerful sixth sense.

2. After checking in with your Intuition, take support of your Mental Body to reflect on the impact of the above decision and make a choice:
i. Purpose Alignment - Is the decision aligned with my Purpose?
ii. Values Alignment - Is the decision aligned with my Values?
iii. Small mind / Big Mind - What does my small mind say? What does my Big Mind say? Listening to which Mind will serve me?
iv. Role Alignment: Which role within me wants me to take the above decision? Which role within me does not want me take the above decision? Which role is the Peaceful Warrior role, and comes from a place of being whole and complete?
v. 80 / 20 Principle: Is this decision going to get me to do 20% of what would create the most impact for me, or 20% of what would create the most mess for me?
vi.Vanity vs Purpose Metrics: There are 2 kinds of metrics to measure our success -
a. Vanity Metric expands the ego.
b. Purpose Metric contributes to the purpose.
Does this decision expands the ego or contributes to the purpose?
3. What is my Choice?
You now have inputs from your soul, heart, mind and body. The final choice is still yours. What do you choose?
Wishing you the joyous freedom and courage to make the choice that is in alignment with your Purpose, Values, Dreams, Intentions and Commitments; supporting you to Have It All:
i. Deeply fulfilling, successful, profitable business supporting you to live your purpose of life; gifting you with impact, contribution and financial freedom
ii. Loving, harmonious, positive, uplifting relationships at work and at home
iii. Happy, healthy, responsible kids with their genius joyfully expressed
iv. Nourishing, nurturing yourself to the highest level of fitness and well-being (physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually)
v. Making a massive difference through the work you do
Loving you,
