Difference between RYD Soul and RYD Socratians

We actually have 5 Spaces and each of these 5 Spaces have different intentions:

1. RYD Soul Community - is a broadcast group in which only I can post and you all can engage on that post for a socratic discussion by replying to that post. The responses to the message are not in the main message area but in a separate sub-message area so that the messages posted remain visible in the main message and don't get lost because of the socratic discussion.

The intention of this broadcast group is for me to share important information and for sharing content for teaching coaching principles.

​2. RYD Soul - This WhatsApp group is for discussions about themes arising out of actioning on Business Excellence to make a massive difference to our coachees through RYD Architecture and Design:

i. Nurturing Coachees: Connect Conversation, Invite for a deeper-dive immersion, Make a Difference deep-dive, Awaken and Explore deep-dive for us to support our coachees to awaken to their own Good to Great journey and explore if RYD is the right structure of success for their Hero's journey.

ii. Operational Excellence: Reflecting on the Coaching Process through socratic discussions between the RYD Coaches, sharing challenges faced for inputs from other RYD Coaches and for ideation to discover better coaching solutions to support continuous iteration of the Coaching Process to continuously elevate the impact through our work in alignment with our Shared Purpose, Shared Values and Shared BHAG.

iii. Extraordinary Service: Delivering our brand promises to our coachees - lead your business form good to great, realize your dreams and have it all. Reviewing the progress of your coachees and taking support from your coach and your coachees' mentor for your coachees' ongoing good to great journey

3. RYD Socratians - This group is for the program for RYD Coaches from the RYD University (Centre for Coaching Excellence) to coach them to joyously lead themselves and their work from good to great, realize their dreams and have it all with ease and grace; while having lots of fun and adventure along the way.

The RYD Coaches work on all the 3 Growth Levers through Project Socrates, like all RYD Coachees do through their RYD program.

i. Leadership Depth: The inner journey of personal transformation from fear to love to lead yourself from good to great, realize your dreams and have it all.

ii. Craft Mastery: Unlike other RYD programs, Project Socrates supports you not only to learn the art and science of craft mastery, but also learn the craft of coaching (well-being, relationship, business, leadership and life coaching), and learn the RYD Architecture and Design to make a massive difference to your coachees.

iii. Business Excellence: This is about putting your learnings into practise and making a massive difference to your coachees through the RYD Architecture and Design.

4. Ideas: RYD Good to Great - This group is for the RYD Coaches, RYD Staff and RYD Support Staff to share ideas - big and small, logical and illogical, possible and impossible - to elevate the impact of our work and support the RYD Transformation Ecosystem to continue its journey from good to great. These ideas feed into the next version of RYD - major release in January and minor release every quarter.

5. RYD Source - This group is for RYD Staff who work full-time.

I have 3 roles that I take on in relationship with RYD Coaches, RYD Staff and RYD Support Staff:
i. Coach
ii. Teacher, Supervisor and Trainer (TST)
iii. RYD CEO

1. RYD Soul Community - In this Space, either the TST will share information or the CEO will.
2. RYD Soul - In this Space, I will show up as a Coach or as a TST or as RYD CEO.
3. RYD Socratians - In this Space, I will show up as a Coach or as a TST.
4. Ideas: RYD Good to Great - In this Space, I could share ideas from any of the 3 roles and respond from any of the 3 roles.
5. RYD Source - In this Space, I show up as the RYD CEO
