Raising our Consciousness all the way to Gear 5

First, the mind understands. This is the first spiral of growth from Gear 1 to Gear 5.

Then, the heart believes. This is the second spiral of growth from Gear 1 to Gear 5.

Finally, the soul knows. We dissolve all fears within to reach a place where we get in touch with the visceral experience of the Inner Knowing. This is the third spiral of growth from Gear 1 to Gear 5.

Gear 1 Consciousness

I forgive myself for hurting myself directly or indirectly, consciously or unconsciously, intentionally or unintentionally, in this lifetime and in all my lifetimes before.
I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
I am extraordinary and I love myself.


Gear 2 Consciousness

I forgive all beings for hurting me directly or indirectly, consciously or unconsciously, intentionally or unintentionally, in this lifetime and in all my lifetimes before.
I seek forgiveness from all beings for hurting them directly or indirectly, consciously or unconsciously, intentionally or unintentionally, in this lifetime and in all my lifetimes before.

Gear 3 Consciousness

I forgive Life itself for hurting me directly or indirectly, consciously or unconsciously, intentionally or unintentionally, in this lifetime and in all my lifetimes before.
Life is extraordinary and I love Life.
I trust the process of life. 
I trust the Universe.
The Universe is gifting me my highest good, moment to moment.
I am a channel of massive positive impact.
I am making a difference.


Gear 4 Consciousness

I am enough. 
People are enough.
Life is enough.
I am whole, complete and perfect as I am right now.
People are whole, complete and perfect as they are right now.
Life is whole, complete and perfect as it is right now.
I am my word.
I believe in myself.
I believe in you.


Gear 5 Consciousness

I love, accept and revere myself as I am right now.
I love, accept and revere all beings as they are right now.
I love, accept and revere Life itself as it is right now.
I am Infinite Love.
I am Infinite Joy.
I am Infinite Equanimity.
I am Infinite Loving Kindness.
I am Infinite Abundance.
