Invite the senior-most person of the organisation for the gift coaching deep-dive. Therapy and parenting coaching for parents are more effective than therapy for children because children will go back to the same ineffective environment if their parents are not learning, evolving and transforming. Similarly, without the business owner or the senior-most person in the organisation being on their own good to great journey, the leaders who we are coaching will go back to the same ineffective culture if their leaders are not learning, evolving and transforming.

Explore Conversation: After experiencing RYD coaching, if you are 10 / 10 about RYD being a structure of success for you to lead yourself, your health, your kids, your relationships, your people and your businesses from good to great, we will meet for an Explore Conversation along with Jyoti, who is our founder and my coach.

It would be best to take a blank A4 sheet for each area. Write down the first area and reflect on it. Write down all questions with respect to that area. Let the questions be open-ended, not close-ended; meaning the answer to that question would not be yes or no or a monosyllable. For example: Instead of the close-ended question — Will I be successful; a better question leading to a deeper exploration would be an open-ended question like — How can I be successful?
Open-ended questions usually start with How, Why, What…
You will find that after you have written down the questions in your Conscious Mind, an inner doorway will open up into the unacknowledged questions. They are unacknowledged because there's a sense of discomfort, even fear, to acknowledge those questions. That's where your growth diamonds are. Ensure you put all the questions down. You know you have fully completed the inquiry when you feel empty. It's a good feeling of emptiness and stillness.
Once you have fully completed the inquiry across all the areas, upload photos of your handwritten questions to your AI Thinking Partner (Claude / ChatGPT) to convert them into text. Send me your questions as computer-generated text.
When I receive your 1st exploration, I will email you your 2nd adventure. Based on the themes that emerge from your questions, I will mail you a set of articles. The intention of the articles is not so much to give you answers but to deepen your self-inquiry.
