Monthly Reflection habit helps you to intentionally step-up your game in the next month. It is a step-up over the Weekly Reflection habit.

This is a keystone habit to ensure we are taking a Sacred Pause to consciously take actions in alignment with our Quarterly Priorities.

What would help creating and keeping this habit is time scheduled in your calendar at end of the month for Monthly Review and Reflection. You may schedule time on the last day of the month or the last Sunday of the month to do your monthly review and reflection,
