Please join me in welcoming Pooja Dawar to her RYD Year 2 💜

She continues with Centre for Personal Excellence™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, with Anju Chowla as the wind beneath her wings and RYD as her structure of success for her ongoing good to great journey.

She stays in Delhi with her husband Narendra and her mom. She is a marketing professional with diverse experience across consumer healthcare, baby care and Ayurveda. Her hobbies include Kathak, gardening and watching TV. She took up Kathak last year to fulfil her childhood aspiration, and it has helped her not just to come out of her comfort zone but also to overcome her stage fright. Additionally, nurturing her plants brings her a lot of joy and makes her feel relaxed.

Here's a bit more about her in her own words:

My Year 1 with RYD was a year of self-awareness and self-discovery. The deep-dives with my coach, Anju, and her practice of putting a hypothesis on the table for me to test have helped me reflect deeply and uncover my fears. When I joined RYD last year, I felt stuck in my career and didn't know how to move forward. With RYD, I have learned to DREAM and broaden my horizons. Not just that, I have begun to transform from a hesitant professional to someone who creates opportunities for herself. I have also realized the importance of all the five areas of my wheel of life. Earlier, I was just focused on one, while today, I want to nurture all five.

In the last 1-2 months, I have experienced certain shifts within that have strengthened my trust in the universe and in the process of life. As I step into my second year of RYD, I feel happy, grateful and motivated to create further shifts within myself and create positive outcomes by consistently practising my growth habits, working on my craft mastery and leadership depth, and taking action to have it all.

Holding your space, Pooja, for you to progress on your journey to lead yourself, your health, your people and your business from good to great, realize your dreams and have it all with ease and grace; experiencing beauty, balance and harmony within and all around; while having lots of fun and adventure along the way.

Loving you,

Please join me in welcoming Sravanya Rao Pittie to her RYD Year 2 💜

She continues with Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, with Anju Chowla as the wind beneath her wings and RYD as her structure of success for her ongoing good to great journey.

She lives in Mumbai with her husband Aditya, daughter Ishara, son Veerpratap and their dog Ziggy. She is a tableware designer and art curator trained at the Inchbald School of Design, London, and NYU Stern. Founder of Sokka Design Studio, she has designed high-end residences and curated the art programme for Mumbai's Domestic Airport Terminal 1A. A Founding Cultural Ambassador of Asia Society India, her content on art and architecture has garnered over 2.2 million views. She founded Sokka Tableware, a vegan tableware brand that brings a practitioner's eye to the conversation around art, design, and cultural patronage.

Here's a bit more about her in her own words:

I am passionate about History, Art, India, Dance, Music and creating value. In my RYD Year 1, the following made the biggest difference to me:
1. We implemented processes instead of being person dependent. This has streamlined many things for Sokka.
2. I set intentions and believed things to be the way I intended them to be.
3. Daily huddle, weekly meetings, being present early for the meetings.
4. I understood my financials and we moved to Zoho.
5. The learning mindset has given me fuel to go from good to great.

The learnings of Year 1 have me eager to see what Year 2 will bring. I am feeling excited and charged about journeying into my RYD Year 2. I feel grateful for all that I have learnt and how my mentors and community have supported me during this time. I feel abundant with this support.

Holding your space, Sravanya, for you to progress on your journey to lead yourself, your health, your kids, your people and your business from good to great, realize your dreams and have it all with ease and grace; experiencing beauty, balance and harmony within and all around; while having lots of fun and adventure along the way.

Please join me in welcoming Pratik Agarwal to his RYD Year 3 💜

He continues with Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, with Vimla Dorairaju as the wind beneath his wings and RYD as his structure of success for his ongoing good to great journey.

He has chosen to step into the RYD 2026 version of the journey, even though the earlier version was available to him under RYD Protection. He is also bringing his #2 — Bikash Kejariwal — onto the RYD Good to Great journey.

The 2026 version significantly strengthens our ability to deliver on our brand promise — lead your business from good to great — and his #2 joining strengthens it further still. As per the new format, their Business Excellence journey's in-person Kick-off is scheduled for June 2026 with the key leaders, creating alignment at the top — which is half the game won. This is a breakthrough moment for our community, as it brings us all one more step forward in the direction of our shared BHAG.

Here's a bit about Pratik in his own words:

I stay in Mumbai with my wife, Rachita, who is also part of our RYD community, and our 2 adorable kids — Tara, who is 8, and Arjun, who is 6.

I work at Sonal (SAPL Industries), our family business. We design and manufacture garments for global fashion brands. Prior to this, I've built a fitness startup and also spent 9+ years in private equity.

I love sports. I currently play a lot of padel. I enjoy travel and spending time with my family. I've also developed a passion for learning and applying AI in my daily life and work.

My RYD Year 2 was about re-entering my family business with enthusiasm and purpose to take it to the next level. I sold my startup and started a new phase of growth in my career and also in my health.

Year 3 for me is about accelerated growth and making a massive difference to my business by being a peaceful warrior leader who inspires and unites our team to co-create success with transparency and accountability. I am feeling enthusiastic, happy and grateful about progressing to Year 3 on my RYD Good to Great journey.

I am looking forward to interacting more with everyone in the community.

Holding your space, Pratik, for you to progress on your journey to lead yourself, your health, your kids, your people and your business from good to great, realize your dreams and have it all with ease and grace; experiencing beauty, balance and harmony within and all around; while having lots of fun and adventure along the way.

Please join me in welcoming Aakriti Agarwal to her RYD Year 2 💜

She continues with Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, with Vimla Dorairaju as her wind beneath her wings and RYD as her structure of success for her ongoing good to great journey.

Here's a bit about Aakriti in her own words:

Hi everyone again 😊

I stay in Delhi with my husband Ankit and our adorable 5 years old daughter, Naira.

I have done my BBA from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. I am currently heading the Aluminium Foil department in Jindal India. I love wildlife, travelling, connecting with friends and family.

In my RYD Year 1, I was able to fully step into my role as head of Aluminium Foil, get into the details, set up systems and stabilise the business. The biggest difference RYD made to me was giving me the confidence to work in an industrial, male-dominated business, awakening my interest in my work, which I had previously considered boring, and feeling truly connected to it now.

In my RYD Year 2, I am committed to create further shifts in the area of work and in all the other areas of my life through consistent growth habits.

I am feeing optimistic and grateful to have progressed to year 2 with RYD.

Looking forward to holding your space, Aakriti, as you progress on your journey to lead yourself, your kids, your people and your business from good to great, realize your dreams and have it all with ease and grace; experiencing beauty, balance and harmony within and all around; while having lots of fun and adventure together along the way.

Loving you,

Please join me in welcoming Shweta Agarwal to her RYD Year 2 💜

She continues with Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, with Anju Chowla as her wind beneath her wings and RYD as her structure of success for her ongoing good to great journey.

Here's a bit about Shweta in her own words:

I am Shweta Agarwal, I live in Mumbai with my husband Ankit and our 3 kids - Aryaveer, Ariana and Arjun. I love music and singing.

I worked at Goldman Sachs for 3 years before joining STL. STL stands for everything I am passionate about.

Before RYD, I had a lot of confusion about my role in STL. I was unclear about how to balance work and my kids. In my first year with RYD, I created a space in STL for myself to make a much bigger difference. I also created clarity and brought intentionality to parenting my kids. I learnt to focus on my relationships and my health to elevate both dimensions. I became intentional across all 5 areas of my wheel of life. I created a purpose for myself and for STL.

In my RYD Year 2, I am committed to taking my work, relationships, kids, health and positive impact in the world to the next level. I will redefine my 5 years dream lifestyle and outcome goals in all the areas of my wheel of life.

I am feeling charged with renewed energy as I begin my second year with RYD. I have a much stronger foundation to build on.

Looking forward to holding your space, Shweta, as you progress on your journey to lead yourself, your kids, your people and STL from good to great, realize your dreams and have it all with ease and grace; experiencing beauty, balance and harmony within and all around; while having lots of fun and adventure together along the way.

Welcoming Ankita Jaisinghani to her RYD Year 3

Please join me in welcoming Ankita Jaisinghani to her RYD Year 3 💜

She continues with Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, with Vimla Dorairaju as her wind beneath her wings and RYD as her structure of success for her ongoing good to great journey.

Ankita's husband and her co-traveller on the Good to Great journey, Bharat is about to complete his third year with RYD Centre for Transformational Leadership™. Since we take a whole-system, integrated view of our coachee’s good-to-great journey, we’ve found that having the coachee’s family and leadership team on their own good-to-great journey - with the same structure of success - works exceptionally well. It enables the coachee to progress with far greater ease, grace and velocity; supported by a family and a team who are growing alongside them.

Here's a bit about Ankita in her own words:

Hi, I am Ankita, based in Mumbai. I live with my husband Bharat, our adorable daughters, Diya (11 years) and Adya (7 years ), and our beautiful dog, Snowie. I am an entrepreneur and co-founder of a curated gifting brand, PaperCrush. I recently set up our family investment office, Glow Ventures.

Outside of work, I enjoy pickleball, traveling, safaris, biohacking, and spending a lot of time with the kids playing board games.

I initially accepted life as it was. In Year 1 and 2 with RYD, I learnt that I can have it all. I have also learnt to trust the universe, own my reality, and have deeper self-awareness. The RYD growth habits have helped me to reflect more deeply; creating positive shifts in my work, my kids and my relationships. Having my husband and family as my social atom on the RYD Good to Great journey has created a deeper alignment between us. I now believe “having it all” is possible.

In Year 3 with RYD, I want to build greater consistency, deepen integration, focus on craft mastery, and strengthen leadership depth. I feel grateful, blessed, excited, and fulfilled to be in my next year with RYD. When we set 2026 goals, my breakthrough goal for the year was hiring key team members. Four critical hires were done within a month; helping me step into Year 3 with deep faith. Every time a hypothesis appears, I test it, discovering not just answers but my own self. I am here to keep experimenting, learning and growing.

Looking forward to holding your space, Ankita, as you progress on your journey to lead yourself, your kids, your people and your businesses from good to great, realize your dreams and have it all with ease and grace; experiencing beauty, balance and harmony within and all around; while having lots of fun and adventure together along the way.

Loving you,

Please join me in welcoming Harsh Passari to his RYD Year 3 💜

He moves to Project Pinnacle with Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, with Anju Chowla as his wind beneath his wings and RYD as his structure of success for his ongoing good to great journey.

Harsh's wife and fellow entrepreneur, Ritu, is also an RYDian and is in her first year with RYD, with Anju as her coach as well. Since we take a whole-system, integrated view of our coachee’s good-to-great journey, we’ve found that having the same coach for spouses, family members and leadership team members; and using the same coaching methodology for the family and the organisation; works exceptionally well to progress the leaders and their businesses from good to great.

Here's a bit about Harsh in his own words:

I live in Pune with my wife Ritu, our 13 year old son Reyansh and my parents.

I have been running my business - IBC Consultants - for the last 15 years. We support consulting firms globally to become scalable and sustainable. I worked with McKinsey and PwC as a consultant prior to that. I have an MBA from ISB and am a CFA Level 2.

I passionate about adventure sports and outdoors.

The biggest game changer in my RYD Year 1 was the discipline and the habits that I developed. The biggest game changer in my RYD Year 2 was developing the ability to momentarily move to Gear 5.

I am stepping up to Year 3 with RYD because I want to continue on my growth journey and stay in love consciousness (Gear 5) more often.

I am feeling optimistic and excited as I progress to Year 3 on my RYD Good to Great journey.

Looking forward to holding your space, Harsh, as you progress on your journey to lead yourself and your business from good to great, realize your dreams and have it all with ease and grace; while having lots of fun and adventure along the way.

Loving you,
j.

Please join me in welcoming Sagar Mehta to our RYD family 💜

He joins Project Pinnacle with Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, with Anju Chowla as the wind beneath his wings.

He was invited to explore RYD by Pratik Agarwal. Thank you, Pratik, for your love, trust and belief in your coach Vimla, in me and in RYD that had you invite your friend to explore RYD as his structure of success for his good to great journey.

Here's a bit about Sagar in his own words:

I live in Mumbai with my wife Armira and our 8 year old daughter, Saira.

I come from a family business background, and have always had an entrepreneurial bug. I have spent the last 15 years building SUNLITE, a solar lighting business that serves the humanitarian sector globally, especially in refugee settlements.

I have recently launched skub, a D2C medical workwear brand, an offshoot to my legacy apparel manufacturing business. I am also just starting up another venture to manufacture precision optical devices for the defence sector.

I have always been passionate about sports. In the last 3-4 years, I have really taken to golf. I am hoping to spend more time on the golf course this year to get my handicap down.

The past year has really tested my professional identity. As I explore new beginnings, I realize the need for structure and accountability. I have some very close friends who are already part of the RYD community, and speaking to them about their journey has been my biggest inspiration.

I am coming into RYD with a ton of excitement. I am determined to learn, share and grow along the way 😊

Looking forward to holding your space, Sagar, as you connect to the genius inside of you to make a massive difference and have it all.

Loving you,
j.

She lives in Mumbai with her husband, Deb.

Here's a bit about her in her own words:

I like dancing, travelling, watching global content, fashion. I am naturally social and enjoy getting to know new people.

The most meaningful impact of my first year in RYD was on the inside. It helped me find direction professionally, unpack limiting thoughts, build self-worth, give up upsets, have childlike trust and faith, step outside my comfort zone, nurture relationship with my husband and master fear.

As I step into my second year with RYD, I want to build on the progress I have made across all areas of my life to step into higher levels of excellence. I am  looking forward to learning new ideas, strengthening self-love, and staying consistent with the RYD habits that support my growth; without returning to default mode.
