Amrita Mukherjee

I am delighted to welcome our first lady Brave Heart, Amrita Mukherjee, to our RYD Family.

She joins Project Brave New World with Centre for Transformational Leadership™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™.

One of the reasons I had hibernated our first channel of impact, Mums At Work™, for a few years is because I realised that the progress on the good to great evolutionary journey gets accelerated only in a diverse community and without a diverse community, we would struggle to reach Gear 5 consciousness. Mums At Work™ was rebirthed after the RYD Community had become a beautiful tapestry of people with wonderfully different backgrounds, different genders, different religions, different languages, different prosperity levels, different success levels. And, we continue to hold space for even more diversity - differently-abled, genders beyond the two, every language and every state of our country, every religion. Then, our community will become an amazing training ground for us to become aware of our limiting beliefs about human beings different from us. It's only then, we can start the work on dissolving our limiting beliefs. As we do that, we will accelerate on our good to great journey to reach our highest potential, realize our dreams and have it all with greater ease, grace and velocity. Inside of our Hero's journey of personal transformation, we will transform our family we have a privilege to belong, communities that we call our own, our country that birthed us and the world which is a shared home for our species.

We are so comfortable with people like us but growth lies outside the comfort zone. We have truly grown as a human being when we experience the same love, gratitude and reverence for the junior most and the senior most team member in our organization. That is the domain of Gear 3 consciousness where there is a visceral experience of relationship of equals as we live the spiritual values of reverence, humility, authenticity, vulnerability, and childlike trust and faith. 

Amrita shares her life with her husband and their two delightful parrots. They stay in South Mumbai. With over 22 years of rich industry experience as a lawyer, her expertise lies in Technology, Media and Telecommunications. She has lead the legal teams for Disney+ Hotstar and Meta in India. At present, she is on a Sacred Pause to explore the way forward for her to step-up to create massive positive impact through her work.

Traveling and consuming information are her passions. She also has a keen interest in fashion and makeup. She is happy and excited to be a part of the RYD journey from good to great, with a commitment to transform herself both professionally and personally.
