I am happy and grateful to share that we are ready to nurture our next group of RYD Coaches. Mukta is among the first of them.

She joins Project Socrates with Centre for Coaching Excellence™ (CCE), a Channel of Impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, as her structure of success for her coaching, training and development to become one of the world's best coaches — the commitment with which CCE has been set up. CCE is designed to be an ongoing school for RYD Coaches, with each coach receiving 8 hours of weekly training inside of that commitment.

Here's a bit more about her, in her own words:

Hi, I am Mukta Pant. I divide my time between Dehradun, Uttarakhand, and Pune, Maharashtra. I live with my mother and sister. Family has always been at the heart of my life. My sister-in-law and my two nephews are also an important part of our close-knit family. One has recently joined Reliance Global Security, while the younger one is in Class XII. Our family also includes Yash, who has been with us since he was five years old. Today, he is an F&B Manager with Taj, and watching him grow into the wonderful young man he is today has been one of our family's greatest joys.

I have over 25 years of leadership experience in Facilities, Administration and Corporate Real Estate across IT, manufacturing, hospitality and the automobile sector, including Wipro, EXL, Ford and Sudarshan Chemical Industries. In recent years, my journey has expanded into mentoring, counselling, guided breathing and social work, making this transition into coaching feel like a natural next step.

Outside work, I enjoy travelling, trekking, walking in nature and cooking. I also enjoy stepping outside my comfort zone and trying experiences that help me grow.

I like to help people pause, reflect and look at their situations with greater clarity, so they can make thoughtful choices and move forward with confidence.

This feels like the right stage in my life to begin a new chapter. After years of leading organisations and, more recently, working closely with people through mentoring, counselling and guided breathing, I am looking forward to developing myself as a coach.

I am feeling excited, curious and ready for this new chapter. I know there will be learnings, challenges and moments of self-discovery along the way, and I am looking forward to embracing the journey with an open mind.

I have always enjoyed embracing new experiences and growth. I believe every stage of life has something new to teach us, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue this journey with all of you, with curiosity and an open mind

Mukta, your passion for learning, your willingness to keep stepping outside your comfort zone for growth, and your purpose to make a massive difference through coaching inspire me to coach you to be the best in the world. I believe in you.

Please join me in welcoming Lalit Yagnik to our RYD family 💜

I am delighted to share that Lalit Yagnik has accepted my invitation to become part of our RYD Circle of Love. Lalit was my partner from IBM during my American Express days, when I led global technology projects there — and more recently, he joined our community as an AI Mentor, leading a deep-dive at our Meet the Mentor EXPAND Event in April 2026. We have known each other for about 20 years now.

​He joins us as RYD Chief AI Officer and Resident AI Mentor for our coachees for them to lead their businesses from good to great with greater ease, grace and velocity.

While RYD Coaches are what we will now call Horizontal Have It All Coaches, Lalit joins us as a Vertical Specialist Mentor for AI.

He joins Project Socrates with Centre for Coaching Excellence™, a Channel of Impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, as his structure of success for his ongoing good to great journey.

Lalit serves as a mentor to enterprises for "making Responsible AI happen" — helping leaders move beyond hype to real, measurable business outcomes. With nearly five decades as a global AI-Data-IT practitioner and mentor — including 20 years in senior leadership roles at IBM across Australia, Singapore, ASEAN, India and APAC — he has led large-scale digital transformation initiatives for both enterprises and start-ups, including American Express and unicorns like Purplle.

He brings a rare combination of deep technology expertise, business process understanding, and leadership insight — making him a trusted advisor to CXOs navigating transformation in today's rapidly evolving landscape.

Recognised by AICTE as one of twenty-seven Distinguished Professionals, appointed to promote innovation across 4,000+ AICTE-approved technology and business institutions, Lalit has worked closely with government bodies, industry leaders, and start-ups to drive innovation at scale. He was also the Founding Chairman of HITEC (Haryana IT Confederation), recognised as a key enabler in transforming Gurgaon from an emerging technology village into a global IT hub. His current work focuses on enabling organisations and institutions to adopt data, AI, and immersive technologies in practical, high-impact ways.

His dream is to lead India to be at the forefront of AI, enabling our country and the world to be fully developed, beautiful, green, happy and prosperous — making him a natural fit within RYD.

Here's a bit more about him, in his own words:

Hi, I am Lalit Yagnik. I stay distributed across Gurgaon, Singapore and Melbourne.

I have been an AI-Data-IT Practitioner and Mentor for the past 5 decades globally, after a two-year M.Tech in Computer Science from BITS Pilani. I feel grateful and proud to have been selected for the first-ever formal Computer Science degree in India.

My interests include reading across varied topics (mostly digitally), the gym, running, squash, and sharing my learnings.

I am passionate about becoming a change agent — to make a better world faster with emerging technologies. The bigger the lever I can be for leaders, supporting them to grow their businesses, the greater the joy and fulfilment I experience through my work.

I am inspired to create a massive positive impact by unleashing the hidden potential of India's human talent for the world.

I wish to be the biggest lever for the leaders whose eyes shine brightly about making the biggest positive impact — as AI can help realize their dreams with greater velocity.

I am joining Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™ as RYD Chief AI Officer and Resident AI Mentor for the businesses RYD is coaching, to accelerate them on their good to great journey — because I value RYD's vision. I feel I can serve as a lever to RYD and RYD Coachees by enabling them to become global leaders through AI. This is a very possible dream, if AI is applied wisely.

I am feeling joy, passion, optimism and enthusiasm as I start my RYD Good to Great journey.

He continues with Centre for Personal Excellence™, a Channel of Impact within Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, with Vimla Dorairaju as the wind beneath his wings and RYD as his structure of success for his ongoing good to great journey.

Here's a bit about him in his own words:

I live in Mumbai with my wife Mitali, our 2 lovely daughters – Adah (11) and Adira (8) – and both my parents.

I work with a UAE-headquartered bank, looking after their debt origination business in India within the investment bank. I love watching and playing cricket, and tennis (recently acquired skill), reading stories to my kids and chatting with my select close friends.

I am passionate about starting our own venture / foundation to create an ecosystem for helping kids (especially kids with cerebral palsy) with special needs get access to better therapy and for their parents to get counselling, and financial and emotional support. This passion is inspired by Mitali's and my journey with our daughter Adah, who has cerebral palsy. 

My Year 1 with RYD was highly rewarding — in terms of getting to know more about myself and my fears, finding mental clarity, and working through all the Leadership Depth aspects.

The one thing that has made a key difference to me has been re-acquiring the reading habit, growth habits and meditation / yoga. I have hardly skipped my daily meditation in the last year.

I look forward to my Year 2 at RYD and working with Vimla with the focus on consolidating Leadership Depth aspects and Business Excellence for my business at work as well as our venture. 

I also look forward to connecting more with my friends and co-travellers at RYD.

Peeyush, your passion and purpose to build an ecosystem for children with special needs and their parents deeply touches, moves and inspires me. I believe you and Mitali will transform our country's care system for Adah, for children with special needs and their parents, to be the best in the world.
