Siddharth reached out to explore RYD as his structure of success for his good to great journey on Bharat's invitation and Swapnali reached out on Sravanya's invitation. Thank you, Bharat, Sravanya for your trust and belief.

Here's a bit about them in their own words:

Swapnali Kadam

I am Swapnali Kadam. I stay in Pune along with my husband, Vishwajeet, and our kids - Aveer, who is 11 years and Abhijay, who is 9 years. They both study in our school - Rabindranath Tagore School of Excellence.

I run couple of businesses with a commitment to contribute through each one of them:
i. a school called Rabindranath Tagore School of Excellence
ii. Bharati Vidyapeeth campus in Navi Mumbai that offers Management and Engineering courses
iii. a co-living venture by the name of Covie Ventures, which offers accommodation solutions for students and working professionals, and
iv. a new business in the real estate industry. I am getting back into Real Estate after a gap of almost 13 years.

I love reading, traveling and exploring; and I am deeply passionate about healthy living.

I am joining Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™️ to 
i. scale the school vertical and the non-medical vertical at Bharati Vidyapeeth
ii. set up a Real Estate business successfully and lead it in a purposeful manner 
iii. ⁠create social impact through business and other initiatives 

I am excited about starting my RYD Good to Great journey.

Siddharth Sharma

I am Siddharth Sharma. I stay in Hyderabad, though I am originally from Chennai. I am blessed to be surrounded by an all girls team comprising of my wife Aakriti, Nyla (an american Akita and my first child), 5.5 years old Amara and 3 years old Zoya. 

I am the CEO of Head Digital Works, one of India’s leading online gaming companies that operates the brands A23 and Adda52. 

I don't really have the time for hobbies at the moment but I enjoy following combat sport (MMA and boxing), tennis, golf and football. I love to read and enjoy all genres of cinema. I currently spend most of my free time trying to be the best dad that I can be for my girls. 

I am joining RYD gym to progress on my evolutionary journey and excel across all aspects of life in a joyous manner. 

I am inspired and excited to begin my journey to greatness along with Jyoti and all you amazing folks.
