Please join me in welcoming Manisha Bhandari to Project Shine with Mums At Work™, a channel of Impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™; with Vimla Dorairaju as her RYD Coach.

Here's Manisha's heart-warming introduction in her own words:

I was born and brought up in Chennai. I did my MBA Finance from NMIMS Mumbai, and worked with JP Morgan and ICICI Bank for a couple of years. I stopped working when I got married and gave birth to my twins, Shaunak and Sahana who are now 16 years old.

I used to run IQ development classes for kids and also dabbled in a Spa business for a couple of years. I also designed jewellery and ran a small business for a while.

I am extremely passionate about sports. I play Table Tennis, Pickleball and Throwball at an amateur level. I thoroughly enjoy team sports. I am a Kathak dancer and a Karate Black Belt. I enjoy reading a lot. I am very passionate about Education and I love teaching.

I am committed to raising my Kids to be responsible human beings and reach their highest potential.

I have had a lovely time parenting both of them. Now, I am looking forward to the next phase of my life - exploring myself and starting a business venture, which will give me financial freedom and create a massive positive impact. This is the reason I joined RYD.

I am excited to find my Purpose in Life, shed away my fears and inhibitions, and create the best version of myself that would inspire my kids and everyone who comes into my space. I want to heal my relationship with myself and others around me; and feel whole and complete.

I am delighted to welcome Harsh back to RYD Circle of Love 💜

He re-joins Project Ashoka for his Year 2 with Centre for Transformational Leadership™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™.

His response to the question - What has you come back to RYD? is - I decided to come back to RYD because of my commitment to progress on my good-to-great journey with velocity.

I always feel deeply grateful to welcome Graduates back home to RYD because RYD is a build-up program - every next day in RYD builds on the previous day, every next week builds on the previous week, every next month builds on the previous month, every next quarter builds on the previous quarter, every next year builds on the previous year, every next 5-year Dream Lifestyle builds on the previous 5-year Dream Lifestyle. The RYD Good to Great journey is a marathon, not a sprint.

Harsh is originally from Calcutta and is now based in Pune along with his wife, Ritu, their 11-years old son Reyansh and his parents. He is a doting and a dedicated father.

He is an adventurer at heart with a passion for new experiences. Whether it's paragliding, trekking, or mountain biking. He thrives on the thrill of exploration.

Along with his wife, Ritu, he co-founded IBC Consultants over a decade ago, inspired by a vision to help boutique consulting firms scale globally.

Outside of work, Harsh enjoys deep meditation, staying fit, and meeting new people. He finds relaxation in listening to progressive house music.
