Over the last 5 years that RYD and Vault Infosec have travelled together, we have seen 2 CEOs, peaceful co-founder separation, 5 RYD versions and 3 RYD Coaches. Our relationship, and Vault Infosec has grown and  flourished through all of that.

Sudhakar steps up to RYD Year 4, Dillibabu to RYD Year 3, Vidhya to RYD Year 2, Saranya to RYD Year 1.

Here is a bit about them in their own words:

I am Sudhakar Kathirvel, based in Chennai, CEO and Founder of Vault Infosec, a cybersecurity consulting firm. I help organisations strengthen their security posture with clarity, structure, and trust.

I am passionate about building responsible, joyful, and high-performing teams — both at work and at home. I care deeply about health, harmonious relationships, and living a purpose-inspired life. I also love playing badminton.

In Year 3 with RYD, I created a powerful shift in my inner foundation. I learned to care for my health in a balanced way, gained clarity in my purpose, strengthened my leadership energy, improved my emotional balance, and set a clear direction for my family, health, and business. This inner transformation has made the biggest difference to me. It has helped me show up at work and at home - happier, calmer, more present, and more intentional.

I am stepping into the next year with RYD because I want to expand what I have created. I am committed to elevating my health with consistency, creating a thriving and fulfilling business, deepening joy and harmony in my relationships, and becoming a more conscious, impactful leader.

The growth I have experienced in Year 3 with RYD showed me what is possible and I want to continue that journey with even greater purpose.

As I step into my next year with RYD, I feel inspired, grateful, open, and confident. I can see my path ahead more clearly. I feel ready to step into a higher version of myself with more balance, more joy, and more leadership strength. I am excited for the next phase of my Good to Great journey.

I am Dillibabu from Chennai. I am married to Bhavani, an Assistant Professor. We live with my parents, and together, we are a happy family of four.

I am an Infosec professional, currently working as a Senior Information Security Manager at Vault Infosec, where I began my career in 2016.

I enjoy playing and watching cricket, listening to music, riding my motorcycle, and watching movies. I am deeply passionate about contributing something meaningful to society and making a positive difference in people’s lives in any way I can.

In RYD Year 2, I gained deeper self-awareness, greater confidence, and a clearer understanding of my blind spots and areas for growth. I also discovered a strong interest in reading.

In my RYD Year 3, I want to transform myself in ways that create significant positive impact, both personally and professionally, supporting me to live my purpose and passion.

I feel excited, grateful, and confident that my next RYD year will bring even more transformation.

I am Saranya Vijayakumar. I live in Chennai with my loving husband, Sudhakar, and his family.

By education, I am a dentist but now I am an HR and Finance Manager in Vault Infosec. I am passionate about music, travelling, exploring new things and reading books.

I am joining RYD to discover my strengths and find balance in my life with joy - both personally and professionally. I am excited and grateful to start my good to great journey with RYD as my structure of success. I am happy to be a part of this journey.

My name is Vidhya and I am from Thanjavur. I work as an Assistant Manager with Vault Infosec.

I like travelling to new places, reading books and cooking. I am passionate about supporting education and helping people who are struggling in life, even in small ways. Doing this gives me happiness and peace.

In Year 1 with RYD, I learned to understand myself better - my thoughts, emotions and reactions. This helped me stay calm in tough times and make better decisions with confidence.

I am stepping into Year 2 because I want to keep learning, growing and making a bigger difference. I want to learn new things, grow with confidence and become better in my work and personal life.

I am happy and deeply grateful to share that we have onboarded Manish as our first coachee as part of RYD Heart of India scholarship program with Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™. Anju Chowla will be his wind beneath his wings.

RYD Heart of India scholarship program would be funded by RYD 1% Pledge as part of which we will invest 1% of our revenue to give scholarships to aspiring and early stage entrepreneurs to take entrepreneurship to the less privileged in our country - young people with limited financial resources, from rural and semi-urban areas, from non-English medium schools - to enable our country to be the world's most developed, beautiful, greenest nation with her citizens happiest, healthiest and the most prosperous.

Here's a bit about Manish in his own words:

​I live in Panchkula, Haryana, with my parents and younger brother. I am an entrepreneur and software developer, who loves creating online experiences that make a real difference. Over the past two years, I have worked in areas like software and app development, and digital marketing. My goal is to solve problems using technology. I enjoy turning ideas into well-structured, easy-to-use software that delivers results.

I love exploring new technologies, learning about leadership, and meeting new people. Outside of work, I enjoy running marathons, making sketches, and working on creative projects that help me express myself. I am passionate about personal growth and find happiness in turning my curiosity into new skills and knowledge.

Joining Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership, and Life Mastery™ is an intentional step in my journey from good to great. I have reached a stage where I want to align my mindset, habits, and actions to find deeper satisfaction - not just in business, but in life as a whole.
