Please join me in welcoming Prateek Bhagchandka to his RYD Year 2 💜

He moves to Project Pinnacle with Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, with Vimla Dorairaju as his wind beneath his wings and RYD as his structure of success for his ongoing good to great journey.

I am deeply grateful that as a community we have reached a level of evolution that Jyoti and RYD are distinct from each other, and that RYD Coach is no longer an individual called Jyoti. RYD Coach has evolved to being a Distinction, making it seamless for an RYD Coachee to shift between RYD Coaches based on what would most serve them in the moment on their good to great journey, with the confidence that the promise of RYD would still be delivered to them, irrespective of the coach. Possibly, I have reached a level of evolution where I am willing to let go of the need to be The Impact to be the Channel of Impact. This is the hardest transition for a founder and a parent. This is the jumping of the chasm from Craft Mastery Stage 3 to Craft Mastery stage 4 to shift from being the Expert to be a Mentor to teach all that you know to support your people to become Experts. 

Prateek's wife and co-founder, Mugdha, is also an RYDian and is in her first year with RYD, with Vimla as her coach as well. Since we take a whole-system, integrated view of our coachee’s good-to-great journey, we’ve found that having the same coach for spouses and co-founders; and using the same coaching methodology across the organisation; works exceptionally well to progress the business and the leaders from good to great.

With work on the new RYD tech platform scheduled to begin next year, we will shift from being ‘low tech – high touch’ to ‘high tech – high touch’, enabling us to do a full RYD implementation for an organization by supporting all leaders for business, leadership, and culture transformation to fulfil on our shared big hairy audacious goal to nurture great businesses from our land.

Here's a bit about Prateek in his own words:

I live in Mumbai with my wife Mugdha, and kids - Aarish 5 years and Avanya 1 year old. Ananta, my sister, is married with two kids. Our parents also live in Mumbai.

I am a co-founder and CEO of Alimento which houses two brands MOM (Meal of the Moment) and Gimi Gimi. MOM is primarily in the healthy snacking space, in addition to instant meals which was our first category. Gimi Gimi is an "all things Korean" food brand, starting with noodles.

I am passionate about playing padel, golf and poker. In addition, I enjoy travel, music, movies and watching football.

The biggest difference my first year in RYD made was a mindset shift - moving from small mind to big mind, understanding my limiting thoughts and shifting them, acceptance of how I am creating my world, and nurturing my relationship with my life partner.

I am stepping into my Year 2 with RYD to keep the momentum of growth across all areas of my wheel of life, accept myself as I am, and progress towards greatness. I feel excited to uncover and learn new concepts.

Please join me in welcoming Rohan Mehta to his RYD Year 3 💜

He moves to Project Ashoka with Centre for Transformational Leadership™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, as his structure of success for his ongoing good to great journey with RYD.

Here's a bit about him in his own words:

I stay in mumbai with my parents, my wife, Chand, and our adorable kids - 4.5 yr old Aariv and 1 year old baby Rivaa. I am super close to my sister and in-laws who all live close by.

I am an engineer by education and an entrepreneur by heart. I spent 2 years working in the US in an IT company before moving back and starting Kinnect which I have built over the last 14 years with Chand, my partner at home and at work.

I love working out, adventure sports, pickleball, singing and googling. I am super passionate about business and culture, human behaviour and how to build oneself through continuous learning and coaching.

What made the biggest difference to me in Year 1 and Year 2 with RYD was discovering my purpose, learning how to apply Scaling-Up in my business, getting closer to my clients, shifting our culture from a family to a sports team, and learning to create win-win intentions.

What has me step up to Year 3 with RYD is experiencing Gear 4 / 5 and realising how much more there is for me to learn, take away, and dream; especially now, when I am in the phase of starting up a new business soon.

I am feeling extremely grateful, excited and committed as I progress to Year 3 on my RYD Good to Great journey. I am here to absorb, learn and also share as much as possible.
