Please join me in welcoming Ragini Vakil and Peeyush Khare to our RYD Family 💜

They both join Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™ with Vimla Dorairaju as their coach, their wind beneath their wings for them to fly high in the vast sky of their limitless possibilities.

Ragini reached out to explore RYD as her structure of success for her good to great journey on Ankita Jaisinghani's invitation and Peeyush reached out on Muffy's invitation. Both went on an Awaken Journey with an RYD Coach, like every seeker, to experience two gift deep-dive immersions to check in with their Inner Knowing if Vimla was meant to be their coach and RYD their structure of success for their Hero's Journey from Good to Great.

For us, 10 on 10 Inner Knowing is important because anything less becomes a barrier for the coachees to receive fully from the RYD Coach, who is only a channel of transformation from whom the coachees receive what would most contribute to them.

Here's a bit about them in their own words:

Ragini Vakil
Project Pinnacle, Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™

My name is Ragini. I stay in Mumbai with my husband, Varun, and our 2 lovable kids - Hrishav, who is 9 years old and Nyra, who is 6 years old.

My hobbies are dance and travel. I am passionate about the home space and craftsmanship in general.

I am joining RYD to help me scale my business systematically, while balancing my life at the same time.

Please join me in welcoming Anmol Chugh to our RYD Family 💜

He joins Project Ashoka with Centre for Transformational Leadership™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, with me as his wind beneath his wings and trampoline when I throw him off the cliff.

He is our community's 2nd Doctor Entrepreneur, invited to explore RYD as his structure of success for his good to great journey by Shreya, who is our 1st Doctor Entrepreneur on her 3rd year with RYD.

Here are some key success factors in progressing on our good to great journey with greater ease, grace and velocity based on which RYD Gym is designed for us to play the infinite game to accelerate our species' ongoing evolution from good to great, survival to thrival, scarcity to abundance, fear to love; in a graceful dance with the finite game to nurture great businesses from our land:
1. We are an average of 5 people we spend our time with. Therefore, travelling with other peaceful warriors on their good to great journey gives us strength, confidence and courage to travel on our own good to great journey with greater belief, commitment and clarity.

2. Being with people very different from us accelerates our learning and growth. Therefore, different genders, different regions and languages, different religions, different economic strata, different educational and professional backgrounds, different ideas and opinions, progress us on our good to great journey with greater velocity than if we spend all our time in our comfort zone with people like us.

3. Evolution is a community process. It takes a village to raise a child, It takes a community to transform a human being.

4. Nurturing experience is essential to blossom the seed of our undeniable greatness to realize our highest potential to make a massive positive impact.

5. Integration of growth across our 5 bodies, and integration between the inner evolution and outer impact accelerates our progress on our good to great journey.

I am delighted to welcome our 2nd Doctor Entrepreneur to our community because he brings with him refreshing diversity.

Here's Anmol's introduction in his own words:

I work as Head of Plastic Surgery department at CK Birla Hospital, Gurgaon. Along with that, I have my own clinic by the name of Imperio Clinics.

I love the fact that on a daily basis, I am making an impact in people's lives by transforming them through my craft.

We are a family of 5 staying together - Anika, my wife; Parnika, our 2.5 years old adorable daughter and my heartbeat; and my parents. We stay in Gurgaon. Ananshi is my younger sister, who also stays in Gurgaon with her kid and husband.

I am passionate about playing cricket and tennis, and reading. I love sitting in front of a beach and just gazing.

Child-like enthusiasm and desire to learn more has drawn me to join RYD.

I am feeling hopeful, calm and optimistic as I get ready to start my RYD journey. I am here to learn more about my mind and unlock my potential so that I can make an impact in this lifetime.

Looking forward to our journey together, Anmol.

Loving you,
j.

Please join me in welcoming Bharat Jaisinghani to his Year 3 with RYD 💜

He moves to Project Ashoka with Centre for Transformational Leadership™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, as his structure of success for his ongoing good to great journey with RYD.

His personal social atom was already part of RYD - his wife Ankita, sister-in-law Rachita, brother-in-law Pratik, and with the new version of Project Ashoka, his business social atom - his leadership team at Circolife - will also become a part of the RYD Community.

Here's a bit about him in his own words:

I love making friends, reading, learning and Business. My new hobby is playing Pickle and playing games with my kids. My real interest is connecting with people and learning with them.

Jaisinghani Family, Kedia Family, Friends, Work Family (Polycab Extended and Circolife), YVO Family are part of my family. For me, everyone I come in touch with is my family. I am there for everyone in my space. I have the intention to contribute to everyone.

I can’t think of life in geographies or persons. We live in the Universe. I don’t see as me being Indian as a boundary of who I am. Yes, I do believe we are born in different places and there will be reasons around that.

I work at Polycab and Circolife. These places are my playgrounds to impact the world. I am passionate about leading, co-creating, growing, building and fostering a positive, thriving culture. My role in my businesses is to just have the courage to do the right thing in the interest of everyone around me

I enjoy playing numerous roles through my businesses because of the learnings I receive. Learning comes naturally to me. I get a high from learning.

My accessing Power of Intention made the biggest difference to me in Year 2 with RYD. This has unleashed me. I realize I now have way more time than before because I am not wasting time in thinking how something will or will not be possible. Instead, I am giving my intentions and dreams 100% belief to make them possible.

I am travelling to RYD Year 3 to create my own reality and the game I am playing this year is to scale myself. I now feel I have found some sort of a repeatable model for myself. I love solving problems. I want to figure how to solve more of them.

I am feeling happy and grateful as I start Year 3, continuing with Jyoti as the wind beneath my wings and RYD as my structure of success for my ongoing Good to Great journey. I am feeling fully energised. I am getting my rhythm back and getting my power back. Life is joy. It’s not that I don’t get tired or brain fogged at times, but I have tools to get over those moments. Being able to do that makes me happy 😊

Looking forward to the next leg of our journey together, Bharat.

Loving you,
j.

Shreya Dubey

Please join me in welcoming Shreya Dubey, our first Doctor Entrepreneur, to her Year 3 with RYD.

She continues in Project Ashoka with Centre for Transformational Leadership™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™.

Today is also her special day.  Co-incidentally, on a day of her weekly break, which she finally learnt to take after working long and hard for 12 years. It's a win that I am most proud of, amongst other things on a long long list.

A Very Happy Birthday to you, Shreya. Keep being the Magnificent You and shine your Light in the world by making a massive difference living your Purpose through your life, business, books and talks by ongoingly leading yourself and your business from good to great, realizing your dreams and having it all with ease and grace; while having lots of fun and adventure along the way.

Shreya is a huge inspiration for our community. Recently, she finished a 100-day daily reading sprint as her way to hold space for RYD Circle of Love members to develop a daily reading habit through RYD Book Club, which she leads as her seva to our community.

She also contributed to parents around the world a few days ago with her first TED Talk.

And, yesterday was her Day 100 of her fitness journey.

Here's Shreya sharing about her fitness journey:

One hundred days of showing up for myself. One hundred days of clean eating, vegan, no sugar, no gluten. One hundred days of moving my body with love and respect.

The first 21 days were the hardest. I was frustrated and overwhelmed. But something deep inside told me to believe in the version of me I hadn’t even met yet.

Today, I look back and feel nothing but gratitude. In these 100 days, I have shed 12 kilograms, but more importantly, I have shed the weight of guilt, food addiction, and old stories that once held me back.

Today, I feel free.

Free to live without the constant pull of cravings.

Free to create, to dream, and to move through life with a confidence I didn’t know I had.

This knowing that there is absolutely nothing I cannot do, is a freedom unlike anything else.

Here's bit more about Shreya in her own words:

Hi Everyone. I an Shreya 😊

I live in Gurgaon with my husband. I love reading. Books have been my constant companions and silent guides. I also love long walks, hikes, deep conversations, and experimenting with mindful living.

Professionally, I am a paediatrician and a high risk newborn specialist. I have been practicing for over 12 years. I am associated with a tertiary hospital at Gurgaon, and  I also run my own clinic.

I am Founder of Ananta, which is a space and a movement to support parents in raising happy, healthy and confident children. My role is constantly evolving from doctor to guide, from speaker to entrepreneur. But what remains unchanged is the joy I feel when I see a child thriving. The best thing I love about my job is that I get to be a bridge between science and soul.

In Year 2 with RYD, the biggest transformation was reclaiming my health. I embraced mindful eating, worked out with ease and joy, and releasing 12 kilos; moving from obesity to overweight. For the first time in years, I feel strong, energised, and deeply connected to my body. I know I am just months away from reaching my healthiest weight ever. Alongside that, I returned to my reading practice and grounded myself in daily reflections. That structure gave me rhythm, clarity, and belief.

In year 3 with RYD, I am playing the Doctor Entrepreneur game. I am not just practicing medicine, I am building a global brand, writing books, growing Ananta, launching programs, and using every platform available to speak up for children and families. This is my year of owning my voice and living my calling fully.

I feel a deep stillness mixed with a quiet fire. With Jyoti as the wind beneath my wings, and RYD as my unshakeable structure, I am stepping into RYD Year 3 with faith, discipline, and the promise to rise every single day. There is fear, but there is more love. There is uncertainty, but there is even more light. I am ready.

Thank you to all of you for holding space for me.

Looking forward to the next leg of our journey together, Shreya 💜

Loving you,
j.

Please join me in welcoming Deepti Arora, Ankita Jain, Pooja Dawar and Sravanya Pittie to Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™ with Anju Chowla as their coach, their space holder, their wind beneath their wings, their trampoline when they jump off the cliff.

Exponential growth and progress on our good to great journey becomes available to us when we jump off the cliff into the unknown. It's also called the leap of faith. A coach makes that leap possible. Best is when as we jump off the cliff, we discover that we have wings and that we can fly. Even better is when we fall because the trampoline makes us jump higher than where we were before.

Deepti Arora
Project Rising Stars, Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™

Deepti has completed 5 years with RYD Gym™ since 2013 and is now stepping up to RYD Year 6, immediately after completing her Year 4 and Year 5. RYD is a gym. Weekly consistent workouts with the coach strengthen our leadership depth, craft mastery and business excellence muscles; supporting us to fulfil our reality-defying intentions, realize our impossible unimaginable crazy-big dreams and have it all with ease, grace, and velocity.

Deepti is CEO and Founder of Deliver Delights, committed to providing world-class Mother and Infant Health and Wellness services. She lives in Gurgaon with her husband, Gaurav, and Arjun, her tall, handsome, soft-spoken son who is in grade 12. Her confident, brave, beautiful daughter, Ananya, is studying Psychology in Canada.

Deepti loves oil painting and enjoys doing postpartum mandalas with her clients to support them in their healing and growth journeys.

Ankita Jain
Project Rising Stars, Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™

In Ankita's own words - I am extremely happy to come back to RYD after 2 years. It was a life changing journey for me, professionally and personally.

In RYD Year 1, she found her purpose of life and the way to live that through her business of transforming parent-child relationships. She realized part of her dream lifestyle in the 2nd month of joining RYD as she miraculously conceived after 10 years of her marriage. In her words - I experienced the power of the direct impact of mental and emotional well-being on physical health, and understood how the universe works.

She is passionate about positive and holistic parenting; and creating a beautiful world for parents to raise themselves and their kids to be healthy, joyful and confident.

She lives in Bangalore with her husband, Nameet, and their adorable twin daughters, Kaira and Khushi.
Picture

Ankita took time off from work for 2 years to raise her twin daughters. That has given her experiential understanding of her craft besides a playground for practising leadership depth. She is now back on her good to great journey with RYD as her structure of success to contribute to the world through her business.

Pooja Dawar
Project Shining Stars, Centre for Personal Excellence™

Pooja is a marketing professional working in the FMCG sector. She was invited by an RYDian, who had graduated in 2021, to explore RYD as a structure of success for her good to great journey. I feel deeply grateful and divinely blessed to know that our work continues to be alive in our coachees' hearts and minds long after they have transitioned out of RYD Gym.

Pooja lives in Delhi, with her husband and mother. She loves gardening, dancing and cooking. She recently started learning Kathak. Kudos to that, Pooja.

In her own words - During the first few immersions with my coach on my RYD Good to Great Journey, I already feel cheerful, positive and motivated as I have never been so conscious, clear and aware of my goals and day to day actions. Though, I was driven by fear of lagging behind initially when I had connected, but now in just a few days, I believe the driver is self-love. I am really looking forward to connecting with the larger RYD community to learn, become a better version of myself and achieve the goals that I have identified for myself.

Sravanya Pittie
Project Pinnacle, Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™

Sravanya is CEO and Founder of Sokka Tableware, committed to taking India to the world. She lives in Mumbai along with her husband, Aditya, 2 happy kids - Ishara, Veerpratap, and their pet, Ziggy.

She is passionate about dance, music, architecture, history and spiritual journeys. She is joining RYD because of her deep commitment to excel and flourish.

Looking forward to our journey together, Deepti, Ankita, Pooja, Sravanya 💜
