In 2017, 2 years before our nightmare breakdown, I had written an article on - When to divorce your Spouse and your Organisation - I had hypothesised that any relationship goes through 3 phases:
1. Honeymoon Period
2. Growth Phase or Breakdown Phase 
3. Partnership Phase

I feel deeply grateful and divinely blessed that both Aditya and I came out stronger as an outcome of our nightmare breakdown from where few marriages survive. Not only did we personally grow massively as an outcome of that breakdown, but also recreated our marriage from ground sub-zero to joyously fulfilling levels that we haven't ever experienced before.

Please join me in welcoming my best friend, my almost twin (we were born 18 hours apart), my spouse, my co-nurturer of our adorable kids - 19-years old Anya and 17-years old Shivenn, as an RYD Coach with Project Socrates and as Chief Financial Officer at Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™.

Besides his rich and immensely valuable corporate, entrepreneurial and coaching experience which elevates the depth of the RYD leadership team, he brings diversity to our team which is a critical success factor for greatness.

Aditya is an Engineer MBA with 27 of deep experience across multiple industries working with global businesses like Lexmark, Philips, TATA-AIG, ABN Amro / RBS Bank. In 2009, he set up Travel Protector - an insurance distribution technology platform (B2B) and worked with 10,000 retail travel agents across India. The strength of the business was its distribution spread from Port Blair to Srinagar, and large partners like Yatra, Ibibo Group and few others. The platform in 2023 was merged with a larger Insure-tech firm, and Aditya exited the business in 2025. 

Here's a bit more about him in his own words:
 
I love playing golf, listening to podcasts / TED Talks and watching movies. I am passionate about personal and business growth; and about adding value and creating an impact.  

My first experience as a coach was in 2012-13, through a Landmark program, during which I coached six business owners over a period of six months. The challenge was that all of them were alpha leaders - but the reward was immense: we flourished together and built a deep personal bond that we cherish till today.

I then applied the same coaching methodology to coach my own team and grow my business, including client acquisitions. Later, the founders of GoIbibo, who were my clients, engaged me to coach their business team over 18 months. I am  delighted to begin my journey with RYD having thoroughly enjoyed that experience.

I am excited about my journey ahead with Jyoti in a whole new role - relationship; one that I believe will further elevate and enrich our bond; enabling us to make a much greater difference together than either of us could individually. The event in Mumbai was truly world-class, and bringing the best of the world to Indian business owners is both inspiring and deeply fulfilling.
