Welcoming Lina Ashar

​Please join me in welcoming Lina Ashar to our RYD Family 💜

She joins Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™ to fly high in the vast sky of her limitless possibilities with Anju Chowla as her coach, her wind beneath her wings.

Lina is a teacher turned education serial entrepreneur, the founder of Kangaroo Kids, Billabong High, and now Dreamtime Learning. Over the past three decades, she has been deeply engaged in reimagining education - building schools, creating curricula, and designing ecosystems that nurture self-mastery and higher consciousness in learners. She has published 2 books and about to publish her 3rd. Her hobbies and interests all revolve around her life's mission. She reads a lot in the area of neuroscience, behavioural science, the future context of the world and the science of learning. She loves reading, writing, travelling, and dancing. She is deeply passionate about raising human consciousness, empowering children and adults to live purposefully, and creating learning systems that prepare us for the world that is already here and the one that is yet to arrive.

​She adds refreshing diversity to our community. Diversity is an intentional design of our community because it is a foundational key to greatness.

Here's a bit more about Lina in her own words:

I live in India, though I was raised in Australia. I have 2 residential bases - Mumbai and Goa. I spend a lot of time travelling. My parents reside with me in Mumbai. My son and daughter-in-law live close by. I will soon have a grandchild. My brothers and their families live in Australia.  I stepped up to Realize Your Dreams Gym because I believe leadership begins with self-mastery. Just as I design learning journeys for children, I see my own journey as an ongoing practice of growth, reflection, and transformation. What I look forward to is the structure and accountability to sharpen my leadership, align with my purpose, and amplify my impact.

I feel both excited and grounded as I progress into Year 1 on my RYD Good to Great journey. Excited because growth always brings new possibilities. Grounded because this journey is about deepening what I already value - learning, evolving, and leading with authenticity and courage. I see RYD as more than a program - it is a movement toward living and leading with higher purpose. I am grateful to be on this journey alongside inspiring peers and mentors, and I look forward to co-creating impact that goes beyond ourselves.
