Welcoming Manasi Kapur to our RYD Family

Please join me in welcoming Manasi Kapur to our Circle of Love as an RYD Coach 💜

She joins Project Socrates with Centre for Coaching Excellence™ (CCE), a Channel of Impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, as her structure of success for her coaching, training and development to become one of the world's best coaches — the commitment with which CCE has been set up. CCE is designed to be an ongoing school for RYD Coaches, with each coach receiving 10 hours of weekly training inside of that commitment.

Here's a bit more about her, in her own words:

I am Manasi. I stay in Gurgaon. We are a family of four - me, my husband and our two daughters. I have worked in diverse industries across different countries in recruitment, real estate, education and IT.

My hobbies include cooking, trying new recipes and travelling. I am passionate about saving the environment and I try to do my bit by saying no to plastic, saving fuel by carpooling or using public transport, saving electricity and recycling stuff as much as possible.

I am joining RYD gym because somewhere down the line I felt that I was not getting that fulfilment or satisfaction from my job and I wanted to do something which would create a difference in someone's life. That's my way of showing gratitude and giving back to society.

I am feeling excited, happy and I am looking forward to this journey from good to great.
