I am happy and deeply grateful to share that we have onboarded Manish as our first coachee as part of RYD Heart of India scholarship program with Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™. Anju Chowla will be his wind beneath his wings.

RYD Heart of India scholarship program would be funded by RYD 1% Pledge as part of which we will invest 1% of our revenue to give scholarships to aspiring and early stage entrepreneurs to take entrepreneurship to the less privileged in our country - young people with limited financial resources, from rural and semi-urban areas, from non-English medium schools - to enable our country to be the world's most developed, beautiful, greenest nation with her citizens happiest, healthiest and the most prosperous.

Thank you to each one of you on your good to great journey with RYD as your structure of success. It is because of you, Manish is part of our community today. Thank you for being part of the dream to extend a helping hand to those less privileged than us, so that every person in our country and every person in our world can Have it All and be happy, healthy, and prosperous.

Manish will get one year of coaching across the 3 RYD growth levers - leadership depth, craft mastery and business coaching - as a part of the RYD Pioneers tribe to support him to joyously lead himself and his business from good to great, realize his dreams and have it all with ease and grace; and be a member of our community of business owners, CEOs and leaders as our equal.

Here's a bit about Manish in his own words:

​I live in Panchkula, Haryana, with my parents and younger brother. I am an entrepreneur and software developer, who loves creating online experiences that make a real difference. Over the past two years, I have worked in areas like software and app development, and digital marketing. My goal is to solve problems using technology. I enjoy turning ideas into well-structured, easy-to-use software that delivers results.

I love exploring new technologies, learning about leadership, and meeting new people. Outside of work, I enjoy running marathons, making sketches, and working on creative projects that help me express myself. I am passionate about personal growth and find happiness in turning my curiosity into new skills and knowledge.

Joining Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership, and Life Mastery™ is an intentional step in my journey from good to great. I have reached a stage where I want to align my mindset, habits, and actions to find deeper satisfaction - not just in business, but in life as a whole. I believe RYD is the right place for me to grow with purpose and clarity.

I am feeling energised, grateful, and ready as I step into Year 1 of my RYD Good to Great journey. There is excitement about what is to come, and also a calm confidence.

After attending four deep-dives with Anju and one deep-dive with Jyoti, I have learned that success feels most meaningful when it is shared. I want to contribute to this community - to both give and learn from others.
