Please join me in welcoming Mohan to our Circle of Love as an RYD Coach 💜

He joins Project Socrates with Centre for Coaching Excellence™ (CCE), a Channel of Impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, as his structure of success for his coaching, training and development to become one of the world's best coaches — the commitment with which CCE has been set up. CCE is designed to be an ongoing school for RYD Coaches, with each coach receiving 10 hours of weekly training inside of that commitment.

Here's a bit more about him, in his own words:

My name is Subbaraman Mohan Neelakantan, generally referred to as ‘Mohan’. I stay in an Eastern suburb of Mumbai – Chembur. I have 7 members in my family – Two sons and daughters-in-law, a grandson, wife and myself.

I am a seasoned global technology and transformation leader with over four decades of experience across large-scale IT operations, governance, technology delivery and organisational transformation. I have held senior leadership roles with HSBC, and Edelweiss,  leading large, multicultural teams and complex global transformations, including building and integrating offshore capabilities. I am also an ICF-certified leadership and personal success coach, working with senior leaders on leadership development, career transitions, transformational journeys and business outcomes. 

My hobbies and interests are travel, and curiosity about our culture and heritage, time with the family, learning & personal development, watching cricket and spirituality. 

I am passionate about people, learning, leadership and making a meaningful difference, particularly converting my experience and wisdom into contribution.

I want to bring together business success, personal fulfilment, meaningful relationships, health, financial freedom, purpose and contribution into one integrated vision for my life.

I am curious about what I will discover about myself — particularly the beliefs, fears and patterns that may have served me well in the past but could now be limiting what I am capable of creating.
