What makes Mugdha joining our community extra special is that her spouse and co-founder, Prateek, is also part of our community. When spouses travel their good to great journey together with RYD as their shared structure of success, both of them lead themselves and their businesses from good to great, realize their dreams and have it all with greater ease, grace and velocity; while having lots of fun and adventure together along the way. Their children mirror this growth, naturally progressing on their own good-to-great journey as a reflection of their parents.

Here's a bit about Mugdha in her own words:​

​I live in between Mumbai and Jaipur, and home is where I find joy with my husband, Prateek, and our two lovely children - Aarish (5 years) and Avanya (13 months).
 
I am a brand builder and entrepreneur, passionate about creating food that balances emotion, health and delight. M.O.M (Meal of the Moment) is our fast-growing food brand, with our next brand Gimi Gimi on the shelves. I lead new product development, culture, marketing, strategy and growth for this new age brand to become a legacy.

I enjoy enabling clarity-led purpose-inspired growth, combining creativity with performance to scale consumer love into measurable business results.
 
I am deeply drawn to storytelling, design, mindful food and brand culture. I love observing how people connect to products emotionally - what makes them smile, pause or feel seen.

Beyond work, I find joy in traveling, dancing, aesthetic design, and spending time with my kids, helping them explore the world with curiosity. My passion lies in creating things that matter - brands, experiences, and lives - built with warmth and intention.

I stepped up to Year 1 of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership & Life Mastery™️ because I am ready to move from alignment to actualization. I want to do deep inner work to find clarity. I want to live, lead and create from the space of wholeness.

I want to build and lead Alimento Foods' next phase of growth with authenticity and vigour; while also growing as a leader, mother and creator who integrates personal joy with professional excellence.

There is a quiet confidence in me as I begin my good to great journey with RYD, the kind that knows transformation is already underway.

I am aware this journey won’t always be linear, but I am ready to build the muscle of mastery. There is excitement in stepping into my next-level self, one conscious action at a time.

My intention for Year 1 is to live and lead with calm confidence, creative clarity and  conviction.
I want to create a business that scales positive impact without losing soul, and a life that expands with abundance without losing presence.
