Welcoming Rachita Agarwal to RYD Year 2

Please join me in welcoming Rachita Agarwal to her Year 2 with RYD 💜

​Rachita is the co-founder of Paper Crush, a premium gifting brand with the rare distinction of transforming its customers into delighted, loyal fans.

She moves to Project Pinnacle with Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™, a channel of impact of Realize Your Dreams Gym for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery™, as her structure of success for her ongoing good to great journey with RYD and Anju Chowla as her wind beneath her wings.

I feel deeply grateful when our coachees travel to their next RYD year because every subsequent year, their growth across Leadership Depth, Craft Mastery and Business Excellence becomes deeper, stronger and more expansive. This is because RYD is a build-up journey with every following year built on the progress in the previous year; supporting our coachees, on their way to realize their limitless potential, to experience joyously fulfilling growth year on year across all dimensions - personal, relationship, business, leadership and life. 

Here's a bit about Rachita in her own words:

I am based in Mumbai, where I live with my husband Pratik and our two wonderful kids, Tara and Arjun. I feel blessed that my sister Ankita and brother-in-law Bharat, my sister-in-law Aakriti, and my cousin sister Shweta are all part of RYD as well. It fills me with pride and joy to have so many from my social atom on this journey with me.

For most of my career, I have been devoted to building Paper Crush - a premium gifting company I co-founded with my sister Ankita. Our purpose has always been to create thoughtful, joyful, and loving moments through the work we do.

I am a complete TV buff and love unwinding with my favourite shows. I also enjoy playing tennis. Recently, I have developed a newfound love for Mahjong. Beyond that, organising brings me joy, and I am deeply passionate about design in all its forms.

In my Year 1 with RYD, I experienced the incredible power of creation and intention. Together, they brought nothing short of magic into my life.

As I step into Year 2 with RYD, my focus is on nurturing my health and creating an even greater positive impact through my work.

I feel motivated, grateful, blessed, and truly excited to embrace everything that Year 2 has in store.​
