Besides successfully and profitably running her Data and Information business - soon to be renamed ScaleatriX - which supports SaaS and technology-enabled businesses globally with Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, and Data Services, she is also a passionate Instagram Lifestyle Blogger, collaborating with brands to amplify their promotions.

What makes Ritu’s joining extra special is that her spouse and co-founder, Harsh, is already on his good-to-great journey with RYD. When spouses travel their good to great journey together with RYD as their shared structure of success, both of them individually lead themselves and their businesses from good to great, realize their dreams and have it all with greater ease, grace and velocity. Their children mirror this growth, naturally progressing on their own good-to-great journey as a reflection of their parents.

Here's a bit about Ritu in her own words:

We are blessed with Reyansh, our 12 year old son. We have been living in Pune since the last 4 years. I am basically from Delhi NCR region and lived most of my years there before getting married to Harsh and moving to Kolkata. We were in Kol for 10 years before we shifted to Pune. 

After pursuing my career in HR for 2 years, I quit and became an entrepreneur. Harsh and I co-founded IBC Consultants in 2012. We independently manage two different businesses within IBC. I am also an Instagram Lifestyle Blogger, collaborating with event organisers, restaurants, salons, fitness centres, fashion boutiques, and beauty brands to expand their reach and maximise the impact of their promotions.

I love singing, dancing, yoga, and weight training. I love watching bollywood movies. I am passionate about dancing and would love to learn this art form in greater depth.

I am joining RYD to be happy, confident and successful in all areas of my life - my venture, my blogging journey, my relationships and my overall well-being. 

I am excited to begin my good to great journey with Anju as my wind beneath my wings and RYD as my structure of success.
