About Me

Hi! My name is Jyoti Gulati. I have 25+ years of professional experience. I was Vice-President, Citigroup; Director, American Express; Vice-President, Polaris Software Labs before I hung-up my corporate boots in search of my purpose of life. 

Buddha is supposed to have said that he needn't have left his palace to get enlightenment. Shocked, his disciples asked him - Why did you? He said because he didn't know any better. In retrospect, I needn't have left my corporate career to discover the secret of life. I just didn't know any better. I was trapped from all sides by glass ceilings of being a woman, a human, a burn-out professional unaware of the high amount of stress I carried around me. I now realize that all the glass ceilings and the crushing barriers were really within me. I learnt to break through them to connect to my purpose to support leaders and high performers to find enlightenment without leaving their palace.
