From me to you
Based on my learnings from coaching and inputs from many of you in 2022, here's what I feel will contribute to our community. All these ideas would be tested, changed / dropped and iterated forward based on what would contribute to you to move forward with greater velocity to joyously lead yourself and your business with greater velocity, realize your dreams and have it all with ease and grace; while having lots of fun along the way.
1. Deeper Review and Reflection - Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual, 5-Yearly i. Though Review n Reflections have always been a part of our RYD Habits, the quality of Review n Reflection could not be established, and ultimately that's what develops and expands the Creative Mind. Therefore, tools have been built on the platform to ensure better quality of reflections. These tools will continue to be iterated in alignment with what really makes a difference. ii. The Reflections will get emailed to all group members and the coach in a group program. If some members of the group are not comfortable about sharing their reflections with the group, they can choose to use the questions in the tool to do self-reflection in their journal. In one-on-one programs like Project Brave New World, the reflection gets emailed only to the specific Braveheart and to the coach. The coach will use the reflections for identifying coaching opportunities for greater impact. iii. Reflection tools are also important because insights and actions can then get tracked, and ensured that the actions identified are taken for breakthrough results. Insights are fun, but it's actions that create results and our whole work is about creating results in alignment with our coachee's intentions and dreams. One tiny action every day can have a compounding effect. 2. RYD Book Reflection tool The difference between an A Player and a B Player is that a A Player reads at least 26 books in a year for learning, growth and contribution. The amount of books that get read by our community is massive. RYD Book Reflection tool would ensure that cross-learnings are accelerated so that the community moves forward together on the journey from good to great with greater velocity. Whenever any member posts a Book Reflection, it gets emailed to everyone in the community so that each one of us can learn from each other's insights and actions. Those who would not like to receive these Book Reflection emails can opt out. 3. Year completion and New Year Creation would be an in-person Annual RYD Retreat. Day -2, Day -1, Day 0 would be Annual RYD Soul Retreat, Day 1 for RYD Graduate and current members. Day 2 and Day 3 would only be for current members. Humans learn through mirror neurons. Therefore, in-person sessions will accelerate learning and growth. 4. For similar reasons, there'll be a quarterly in-person session for Brave Hearts over a game on the Golf Course. The walk together on the beautiful green golf course will give the coach an opportunity to identify areas of growth that might be missed over Zoom; besides providing an opportunity for the coachees to learn faster through mirror neurons. 5. Proposed changes in existing programs and bringing into existence new ways to contribute: i. Launch of a new program - Project Space of Grace, as part of Centre for Transformational Leadership™. Unlike other programs which are over Zoom, Project Space of Grace is in-person for those who are inspired to use Business as a playground to raise human consciousness to evolve humanity to the next level. Launch of a new Channel of Impact - Centre for Sports Excellence™, to enable India to be the world's best Sporting Country with the highest number of gold medals in Olympics and a reigning super star in all sports by supporting athletes and sports people to connect to their Power to Create™ through The RYD Way. iii. The format of Project Athena, Project Unicorn and Project Socrates will change for any new peaceful warrior joining post 31-Mar-23. There will be no impact on existing member of these programs. iv. Launch of 2 new programs as part of Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™ - Project Rising Stars and Project Pinnacle. These would be led by RYD Coaches, under the supervision of j. While the RYD Coaches would run weekly sessions, j would run quarterly or monthly group sessions for our coachees participating in these programs. v. From 1-Apr-23, Project Unicorn would become a monthly one-on-one, weekly group format similar to the Project Ashoka format to support our coachees to accelerate their business growth. vi. The current batch of Athena would be the last batch for some time to create space for new ways to contribute. vii. Project Socrates would also take a back seat to create time for nurturing and strengthening Project Awakener, whose participants are RYD Staff. Project Awakener is only open to our RYD Graduates who choose to come home to give to the world what they received. The below notes are for RYD Soul, though RYD Circle of Love is welcome to read. 6. While RYD Gym™ for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery is the mother brand, we will begin to build individual Channels of Impact as separate brands as soon as we have an owner of the Channel of Impact - the CEO (Chief Engagement Officer in our world). Because our words create our world, here’s what is the RYD definition of common business terms inside of our commitment to transform what it means to be a business, what it means to be a leader and inside of that what it means to be a human being: Business - Channel of Impact Marketing - Making a Difference to our communities we are committed to serve. Sales is ‘our Impact in the world’ Profit is the difference we are making to our people, our staff, our employees. Operations is ‘Do Less to Create more Value’ Innovation is ‘Make a Difference to Customers’ IT is ‘Ease of Making a Difference’ HR is ‘Happy Healthy Prosperous Employees’ Corporate Social Responsibility is ‘Nation Building’ 7. What is Branding in the world of RYD Soul? Branding is Craft Mastery. Greater our mastery of our craft, bigger the difference we make to our coachees, bigger our brand. That's how we will build our brand - working deeply with one coachee at a time. Craft Mastery is learning, unlearning, re-learning from the masters of our Craft from around the world in service of our coachees. Branding is the by-product of Craft Mastery. If you want to use social media, write articles for your community that really make a difference in their lives supporting them to elevate themselves in areas that deeply matter to them. Run events to make a difference because when you make a difference, marketing is the by-product, though make a difference from 'being-of-service' consciousness instead of from 'I-will-get-something-in-return' consciousness. Let's continue to play our big game to support people to have it all; and be happy, healthy and prosperous; with us together creating USD 15T impact enabling India to be the world's most developed, greenest and the most beautiful nation in the world; with her citizens happiest, healthiest and the most prosperous. I am already seeing benefit from reflection being emailed back as especially when one is doing weekly reflection, its very powerful to go back and review ones progress - learn from patterns being developed and identify areas where one is getting stuck.
