Wisdom is way more powerful than intellect.
Intellect gets you to work hard to give you what you want, though at a cost.
Wisdom will give you with ease and grace not only what you want but also what you need and don’t know as yet you need.
Intellect comes with arrogance. Wisdom comes with gentleness of humility.
Intellect makes us a High Performer, supporting us to create more impact in more time. Therefore, our impact cannot grow beyond a point with Intellect because time is finite.
Wisdom makes us a Super Performer, supporting us to create more impact in less time. Therefore, our impact can infinitely grow with Wisdom.
Intellect is in the mind. Wisdom is in the Being. It is present in each one of us as our undeniable greatness.
5 thick dark black curtains of Unconsciousness separate us from our Inner Wisdom, our Inner Light of undeniable greatness.
It’s our responsibility to strengthen ourselves to pull these curtains down one at a time to live in the expression of our undeniable genius and make a massive difference in the world by living our Purpose through the work we do, leading ourselves and our business from good to great, realizing our dreams and having it all.
Since one part of our work is about pulling down these 5 thick dark black curtains of Unconsciousness to shine the light of our Inner Wisdom, our undeniable greatness (Leadership Depth), I have designed a new game for us to play - RYD Wisdom Project.
Unlike Business Excellence, Leadership Depth (raising of human consciousness) cannot be learnt in a class-room. It’s only through mastering a Sport, mastering a Creative Art, through RYD Growth Habits across the 4 bodies or through specially designed real games (not virtual) can we truly raise our human consciousness.
RYD IPL Championship is one such game, RYD Buddy Call is another such game, 100% RYD session attendance is also another game designed to strengthen Leadership Depth (raise human consciousness).
RYD Wisdom Project is another such newly created game.
Participation is voluntary.
I am on my next vacation / sacred pause from 16-March till 29-March which is when RYD 2023 Wisdom Projects for the first half of the year would be concluded.
Awakening your Inner Wisdom through Investigation, Exploration, Experimentation, Validation and Integration.
That is what an RYD Wisdom Project is.
There are two themes for March 2023 RYD Wisdom Projects:
A. Joyous Parenting: Raising ourselves as Extraordinary Human Beings
Hypothesis to investigate: Parenting is not about raising our kids to become good human beings. It’s about raising ourselves to become the greatest versions of ourselves because humans primarily learn through mirror neurons. Parenting is not about what we do with our kids, it’s about what we do with ourselves that our kids learn and grow to be Happy, Healthy, Responsible; joyfully unleashing their undeniable genius.
Intention of the Session: All participants get an access for Joyous Parenting.

Hypothesis to investigate: Integrity is about doing what I said I would do, by the time I said I would do, doing it the way I meant to do it. Great businesses are born out of integrity. Integrity can only be accessed after raising my consciousness to love and accept myself unconditionally as I am, love and accept others unconditionally as each one is, love and accept life as it is (childlike trust and faith in the Universe).
Intention of the Session: All participants get an access to be Integrity in every area of their Life

Here are quick guidelines on how to play the game:
1. Pick up one resource from the above list of the theme that heart and soul-connects with you, make a summery of Insights that made a difference to you, implement those insights in your own life and observe the results that get created.
2. Together, as a group, present the insights and learnings from your own implementation of insights from the different resources to the community, and lead a Socratic Discussion to support all participants to elevate their own lives.
3. Ensure you all finish the session 30 minutes before so that everyone (including yourself) fills up the Session Reflection form during the session while everyone is still alive to the learnings and insights.
If you are choosing not to play, then you can simply attend the above sessions to learn from the experience of others.
We are a community and share our human consciousness. Our consciousness is the average consciousness of our community.

This is a story of 2 co-founders - a story which is very common in any business with 2 co-founders - but this story instead of having an ending has a new beginning.
The 2 co-founders were upset with each other. The CEO founder felt that the COO co-founder wasn't supporting him to scale the business. In fact, on the contrary, he was silently opposing him. The COO co-founder was upset because he felt he was not consulted about the roadmap of the company's growth. In fact, he didn't even think what the CEO founder was proposing was in the realm of possibility.
CEO Founder's Mind - COO is not moving fast enough for us to grow.
COO Co-Founder's Mind - CEO has ideas about growth that are impractical and impossible.
In fact, this could be a story of any CEO and any of his Leadership Team member in any business in the world. How does this usually end? In a heart-breaking separation.
Business failure is usually an inability to communicate in the world of others - in the world of our team members, in the world of our customers, in the world of our investors, in the world of our business partners.
Though, before we can communicate powerfully in the world of others (Gear 3 of Leadership Depth) for them to be a Yes to our proposal, we need 2 other gears to climb -
Gear 1 - Agility of Mind to move from 'I am Right, You are Wrong.' to 'I am Right. You are Right.'
Gear 2 - Being of Service to the person we are communicating with by moving from 'This is what I want' to 'What do you want and how can I support you to get what you want?'
Well, the founder and the co-founder we started this story with happen to have the same coach. So, they came into a coaching session and spoke to each other with authentic vulnerability. Miraculously, through that conversation, they found their greatest supporter and believer in each other.
I am going to bet my last paisa on their super success, though they don't have any investors rooting for them and they are working silently with commitment to serve their employees and customers in one end of country without their photos being splashed all over the newspapers.
Based on my learnings from coaching and inputs from many of you in 2022, here's what I feel will contribute to our community. All these ideas would be tested, changed / dropped and iterated forward based on what would contribute to you to move forward with greater velocity to joyously lead yourself and your business with greater velocity, realize your dreams and have it all with ease and grace; while having lots of fun along the way.
1. Deeper Review and Reflection - Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual, 5-Yearly
i. Though Review n Reflections have always been a part of our RYD Habits, the quality of Review n Reflection could not be established, and ultimately that's what develops and expands the Creative Mind.
Therefore, tools have been built on the platform to ensure better quality of reflections. These tools will continue to be iterated in alignment with what really makes a difference.
ii. The Reflections will get emailed to all group members and the coach in a group program. If some members of the group are not comfortable about sharing their reflections with the group, they can choose to use the questions in the tool to do self-reflection in their journal.
In one-on-one programs like Project Brave New World, the reflection gets emailed only to the specific Braveheart and to the coach.
The coach will use the reflections for identifying coaching opportunities for greater impact.
iii. Reflection tools are also important because insights and actions can then get tracked, and ensured that the actions identified are taken for breakthrough results. Insights are fun, but it's actions that create results and our whole work is about creating results in alignment with our coachee's intentions and dreams. One tiny action every day can have a compounding effect.
2. RYD Book Reflection tool
The difference between an A Player and a B Player is that a A Player reads at least 26 books in a year for learning, growth and contribution. The amount of books that get read by our community is massive. RYD Book Reflection tool would ensure that cross-learnings are accelerated so that the community moves forward together on the journey from good to great with greater velocity.
Whenever any member posts a Book Reflection, it gets emailed to everyone in the community so that each one of us can learn from each other's insights and actions.
Those who would not like to receive these Book Reflection emails can opt out.
3. Year completion and New Year Creation would be an in-person Annual RYD Retreat. Day -2, Day -1, Day 0 would be Annual RYD Soul Retreat, Day 1 for RYD Graduate and current members. Day 2 and Day 3 would only be for current members.
Humans learn through mirror neurons. Therefore, in-person sessions will accelerate learning and growth.
4. For similar reasons, there'll be a quarterly in-person session for Brave Hearts over a game on the Golf Course. The walk together on the beautiful green golf course will give the coach an opportunity to identify areas of growth that might be missed over Zoom; besides providing an opportunity for the coachees to learn faster through mirror neurons.
5. Proposed changes in existing programs and bringing into existence new ways to contribute:
i. Launch of a new program - Project Space of Grace, as part of Centre for Transformational Leadership™. Unlike other programs which are over Zoom, Project Space of Grace is in-person for those who are inspired to use Business as a playground to raise human consciousness to evolve humanity to the next level.

ii. Launch of a new Channel of Impact - Centre for Sports Excellence™, to enable India to be the world's best Sporting Country with the highest number of gold medals in Olympics and a reigning super star in all sports by supporting athletes and sports people to connect to their Power to Create™ through The RYD Way.
iii. The format of Project Athena, Project Unicorn and Project Socrates will change for any new peaceful warrior joining post 31-Mar-23. There will be no impact on existing member of these programs.
iv. Launch of 2 new programs as part of Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™ - Project Rising Stars and Project Pinnacle. These would be led by RYD Coaches, under the supervision of j. While the RYD Coaches would run weekly sessions, j would run quarterly or monthly group sessions for our coachees participating in these programs.
v. From 1-Apr-23, Project Unicorn would become a monthly one-on-one, weekly group format similar to the Project Ashoka format to support our coachees to accelerate their business growth.
vi. The current batch of Athena would be the last batch for some time to create space for new ways to contribute.
vii. Project Socrates would also take a back seat to create time for nurturing and strengthening Project Awakener, whose participants are RYD Staff. Project Awakener is only open to our RYD Graduates who choose to come home to give to the world what they received.

6. While RYD Gym™ for Business, Leadership and Life Mastery is the mother brand, we will begin to build individual Channels of Impact as separate brands as soon as we have an owner of the Channel of Impact - the CEO (Chief Engagement Officer in our world).

7. What is Branding in the world of RYD Soul? Branding is Craft Mastery. Greater our mastery of our craft, bigger the difference we make to our coachees, bigger our brand. That's how we will build our brand - working deeply with one coachee at a time.
Craft Mastery is learning, unlearning, re-learning from the masters of our Craft from around the world in service of our coachees.
Branding is the by-product of Craft Mastery.
If you want to use social media, write articles for your community that really make a difference in their lives supporting them to elevate themselves in areas that deeply matter to them.
Run events to make a difference because when you make a difference, marketing is the by-product, though make a difference from 'being-of-service' consciousness instead of from 'I-will-get-something-in-return' consciousness.
