What is the right thing to do?

The only one to know the right answer, that will lead us forward to our highest good, is the Inner Wisdom within us. The job of the coach, mentor, guide is not to tell us what is the right answer but to hold us in nurturing stillness for us to be connected to our Inner Wisdom.

Inner Wisdom is the soothing, healing, loving voice of our Whole Soul, our Big Mind, our Peaceful Warrior roles, the Instinct, the Gut Feel.

The Other Voice is the anxious, stressful, fearful voice of our Hole in the Soul, our small mind, our Limiting Roles (Helpless Victim, Fighter, Super Hero Martyr).

What to do when our loved ones make a choice that is logically incorrect and may potentially harm them?

The first step is to get an Inner Knowing if the choice they are making is from their Inner Wisdom or the Other Voice and if our response is from our Inner Wisdom or the Other Voice. What is the source of their decision - Love or Fear? What is the source of our reaction - Love or Fear?

If it is Love, then we would be held in the warm embrace of Childlike Trust and Faith (Gear 3) leading us to loving ourselves as we are right now, loving others as they are right now and loving Life itself as it is right now (Gear 5 Leadership Consciousness). In that consciousness, we get access to our infinite Power to Create and from there, we can joyously and fearlessly play to win.

Of course, losing is possible. If winning was the only option, then it wouldn't be a game and it wouldn't be half as much fun. Imagine you are watching World Cup final. It's only fun when you don't know what would be the outcome. That player is the winner who plays full out to win and then embraces the outcome - win or loss - with grace and gratitude and gets ready to play the next game.

We are Spiritual Beings with a tiny human experience playing the game to raise our consciousness to fully dissolve the darkness of Fear to be the Light of Love over many lifetimes.

Won't it be magical if all of us as a community stepped up to Gear 3 Leadership Consciousness (Childlike Trust and Faith in the Universe and in the process of Life, accepting that we are Spiritual Beings with a tiny human experience) which is very different from Blind Faith of Gear 0, and played the great game of leading ourselves and our businesses from good to great from there? Imagine the impact we could create together. India would become the world's most developed, beautiful and greenest nation that much faster.

Last one month has been a bagful of deeply fulfilling learnings. Dissolving the fear of travelling to another country on my own and fear of flying long-distance have been my happy wins. These are such silly childish fears and that's the nature of all fears but the visceral experience of them is so real that breaking free seems impossible. Yet, it just takes one step into the fear that fear dissolves.

Went to Spain to attend Verne Harnish's CEO Bootcamp as a Scaling-up Coach. Met founders and business owners from all over Europe. Massive learnings.
