The Journey from Good to Great

Things happen when we are little children. At that age, we don't have the emotional understanding to process the pain. So, we push the unprocessed painful emotions under the carpet.

​But, we have now become adults. Childhood memories may have blurred. The only thing that remains is the impact of the unprocessed emotions - relationships that don't fulfil, lack of spontaneity, disconnection with one's own self, lack of authentic self-expression, inability to love and to receive love, experiencing the emotions from long ago of hurt, sadness, anger, shame that unfortunately now get projected on people around us. We think the emotions we are feeling are because of people around us, without realising that the emotions are already within us and all that the people around us did was to bring them back into our awareness. The worst impacted of our unprocessed childhood emotions are our children and the painful cycle continues from generation to generation.

We do everything possible to not feel these emotions - over-work thinking achievement will take away the pain, consume intoxicants to distract ourselves away from that pain, consume more and more information thinking more learning will fill the hole, allow social media and devices to deaden us, over-eat, over-do for the cacophony of action to deafen the whispers of the little hurt girl or boy within us who only needs our unconditional love and acceptance to feel safe and soothed. Instead, we become the critical parent to that little girl or the little boy within us.

Only when we can love, approve, appreciate and care for ourselves for the little girl or the little boy inside of us to feel our love, approval, appreciation and care (Gear 1); only then our children, our spouse and others in our space can feel our love, approval, appreciation and care for them (Gear 2). Only then can we communicate powerfully in the world of others for them to be open to our proposals (Gear 3). Only then, can the light in us see the light in others and others experience our belief in their undeniable greatness which has the power to transform them (Gear 4). Only then, there is ease and grace in fulfilling our intentions, realizing our dreams, bending reality in alignment with our impossible, unimaginable vision, and having it all (Gear 5).

As we raise our human consciousness (Leadership Depth) by filling the hole in our soul with our spiritual values, transforming the darkness of the limiting thoughts in our mind to the light of the limitless thoughts, filling the emptiness in our heart with loving kindness, dissolving the dis-ease in our bodies to step into joyous well-being through RYD transformative practises, we become the greatest version of ourselves.

Business is our playground to play the game of leading ourselves from good to great. The journey of Business Excellence allows us the opportunity to live our purpose through our work. As we travel the journey of Business Excellence to lead our business from good to great in service of our customer and employee communities, our consciousness gets raised. As we learn with the intention to serve and contribute (Craft Mastery), our consciousness gets raised.

We experience ourselves as whole and complete as we are right now. We experience others as whole and complete as they are right now. We experience life as whole and complete as it is right now. We experience love, joy, equanimity and loving kindness, moment to moment.

It's a journey worth travelling - however difficult it may seem, how many times we may fall off the path, how much it may feel we are not progressing because mastery is in being on the journey inspite of the difficulties, coming back to the path every time we fall off and continuing to travel even when we feel we are not progressing.
