To grow as a leader requires one to be deeply self-aware and have a structure to keep seeing one's own blind spots. Growth can come no other way. Self-awareness and Blind Spot chasing is the first step in your Leadership Journey. Distinguishing your Enneagram (pronounced as ANY-a-gram) Style helps you to catch your default limiting habits and responses, which make us captive to our worldview. It is like literally being caught up in a box. Both professional and personal growth requires us to break free from this box. The Enneagram is a study of the 9 basic types of people and explains why we behave the way we do and points to specific directions for individual growth. It is an important tool to understand yourself and people around you better; which is your pathway to greater business success, and harmonious relationships at work & at home. Here are few great resources for you to get started: a. An article: https://personalityhacker.com/understanding-the-enneagram/ b. A book: The Enneagram Made Easy by Renee Baron & Elizabeth Wagele c. My Coach Clarence Thomson: Though I first got introduced to the Enneagram in a transformational coaching program by Brandon Bays, Clarence (who is a leading expert in this area) has greatly helped me to deepen my skills. Here's where to find him - http://www.enneagramcentral.com/ Enjoy your journey to yourself. Love, Jyoti.

We grow to be who we are because of the communities and relationships that we are a part of. I believe the communities and relationships we are a part of is not a mere co-incidence. We end-up with the relationships and the communities that we do because those are exactly what we need the most for our journey to our highest self and we are meant to contribute back to those relationships & communities. This post is in acknowledgement and gratitude for being a part of the schools, colleges, organisations that I have been and am a part of; the village, town, cities, country that I belong to; the sisterhood that I am a fragment of; the humanity that holds all of me; my parents, spouse, kids, in-laws, sisters, friends who most bear the brunt and the pain of my evolution; my coaches, teachers and clients who make my journey in this lifetime possible. Pratima Sherpa started playing golf at the age of 11 with a stick cut into a club-shape by her father who is a labourer at the Royal Nepal Golf Club. By the time she turned 17, Pratima had won 33 tournaments. She had a private lesson from Tiger Woods and walked the red carpet for the premiere of the documentary on her life. Click below to watch her incredibly beautiful heart-warming story to be inspired and moved into action to take your life to the next level. All of 18-years now, still staying in a dinghy maintenance shed behind the 3rd green of the Royal Nepal Golf Club, she is dreaming to win the qualifying tournament to become her country's first female professional golfer; so that she earns money to support her parents to live in decent living quarters. This is a story of the unfolding of a dream, the destiny of each human being. As we grow older, we allow our dreams to fold-up, push the stars from our eyes into the dusty corners of our heart and pretend life is good. That is why we lose our productivity, effectiveness, creativity, purpose, aliveness. Let the dream arise. Give yourself the permission to let your heart beat to its rhythm. That is when we will have good leaders become great, transforming their businesses from good to great. Link to the story on You-Tube - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BDsE3E7AmFc Point A - Rushing from moment to moment, each minute scheduled, each minute driven to reach somewhere. No time to stop and think. So much to do, so little time. When I reached there, it did not fulfil. Instead, I looked in the mirror to find emptiness and incompletion staring back at me. Point B - They said every minute scheduled and structured is no spontaneity, no fun and oh, so boring. I gave up my routine, aimlessly wandered from minute to minute; gave up my personal practises that I had so assiduously built over time. Suddenly; life had no meaning, no purpose, no centredness. I was lost, rudderless, empty, incomplete. Point C - I figured my purpose, my life's task that guides me like the North Star. I move with immeasurable joyous stillness from moment to moment; with purposeful passion in my heart that fills me up with unconditional love and acceptance for my own self and for each one in my space. The Universe is holding me in her warm loving embrace, guiding me forward. There's a definite purpose, yet there's nowhere to go, nothing to prove; and I flow along effortlessly being, creating and having it all. Wishing that each one of us find our path to Point C and win the Gold Medal in this Olympics of Life. For that, lets work together to find the Purpose of Life. What is your Quest this Lifetime? The first step is to find what you most deeply want for yourself. Over multiple iterations and quiet meditative reflection on what I want, I discovered that what inspires me is to find the way to my highest self, lead myself and my work from good to great, and have it all - deeply fulfilling successful career, loving harmonious relationships, happy responsible kids with their genius joyfully expressed, lots of nourishing nurturing me-time, while contributing and making a difference. Therefore, My Quest this Lifetime is to walk the path to my highest self, lead myself and my work from good to great, and have it all. What is your Quest this Lifetime? What is your Purpose this Lifetime? Remember, Newton's third law - Every action has equal and opposite reaction. Fulfilling on my quest is the reaction from the Universe, something that I want to receive. Therefore, I have to start the cycle by giving to the Universe, to the people in the world exactly what I want to receive back. Therefore, My Purpose this Lifetime is to support others to walk the path to their highest self, lead themselves and their work from good to great, and have it all - deeply fulfilling successful career, loving harmonious relationships at work and at home, happy responsible kids with their genius joyfully expressed, lots of nourishing nurturing me-time, while contributing and making a difference. What is your Purpose this Lifetime? What is your Vision this Lifetime? Vision is the future you want to create through your life and your work. Our real opportunity to live our purpose of life is through our work and how we live our life. If you are an entrepreneur, your purpose this lifetime will be the Vision of your organization. If you are a CEO, your and your leadership team's integrated purpose will be the Vision of your organization. If your purpose is not reflected in the Vision of your Business, the vision statement will essentially be empty lines plastered on walls with no meaning, connection or inspiration. If you are a corporate professional, find your purpose and find the connection between your purpose and the vision of your organization. Without that connection, you are likely to remain busy being busy without meaning or inspiration, waiting to retire to start living. It is possible to live your purpose through the role that you play, however tiny it may seem to you. Why is meaningfulness, authentic connection and inspiration important? It is because that is the doorway to productivity, performance, creativity and innovation; leading to profitability and market leadership. The Vision of my organization is to create a world where each one is walking the path to their highest self, leading themselves and their work from good to great, and having it all - deeply fulfilling successful career, loving harmonious relationships at work and at home, happy responsible kids with their genius joyfully expressed, lots of nourishing nurturing me-time, while contributing and making a difference. What is the Vision of your organization or part of the organization that is within your circle of influence? What is your Mission this Lifetime? Mission is what will you do now for which community to create the future you want to create, the Vision you want to realize. For this, make a list of all your passions. My passions are coaching, reading, writing, golfing, positive parenting. You walk the path of your passions to create the future you want to create, the Vision you want to realize, the purpose you want to fulfil to receive for yourself what your quest is this Lifetime. You pick up that passion, to begin with, which can integrate all or most of your other passions. For me, coaching supports me to read and write extensively, learn to become a positive parent and play golf. Also, make a list of all the communities you want to serve. Interestingly, the list will end up becoming all the communities you are a part of. Why? Because you understand the pain of being a part of that community and therefore, would have in you the inspiration and understanding to make a difference to all those communities. Here is my list: 1. CEOs - I get the exhausting exhilarating struggle of taking the business from good to great and then to maintain it there for evermore. 2. Business Owners - I understand the high of building a business and letting lot of things slip up in the other areas without realising. 3. High Performers - I understand the pain, loneliness and 'something missing' of being a high performer. 4. Coaches - I have experienced the pain of building a successful, profitable coaching practise. 5. Women - I viscerally feel what's missing for the women community and that the current solutions for what is called 'empowerment' totally missing the point. The Mission of my organisations this Lifetime is to serve each one of the above communities through coaching to walk the path to their highest self, leading themselves and their work from good to great, and having it all - deeply fulfilling successful career, loving harmonious relationships at work and at home, happy responsible kids with their genius joyfully expressed, lots of nourishing nurturing me-time, while contributing and making a difference. Each community with their specific missing need requires a separate business model to serve that community. Profitability and growth is always an outcome of having served so powerfully that the customers chase you instead of you chasing them. In distinguishing my mission, 5 organisations have taken birth and are at different stages of their entrepreneurial journey from purpose; finding the blue ocean for the community I am committed to serve; business modelling for profitability, scalability, repeatability; scaling organically and corporatization. 1. CEOs and Veteran Business Owners - Centre for Transformational Leadership™ 2. Founder Business Owners - Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence™ 3. High Performers - Centre for Personal Excellence™ 4. Coaches - Centre for Coaching Excellence™ 5. Women - Mums At Work™ What are your passions? What are the communities that inspire you to serve them? What is your Mission this Lifetime? How are you living it through the work you do? You don't have to leave your job to become an entrepreneur to live your purpose. A powerful efficient and fulfilling way to work in an organization is to consider yourself an entrepreneur with a captive client (the company that you work for). The work you do is the service that your client is consuming and paying for. Enjoy your journey as you walk home to yourself, fully integrating all aspects of your life. Love, Jyoti. A friend's 11-year daughter requested her dad to give up smoking and offered to give up drinking coke in return. My 9-year old son requested his dad to give up alcohol and promised to give up soft drinks in return. Inspired, I gave up white sugar to support my son and spouse. My 12-year old daughter promised to eat the food on the table in 30 minutes without fussing to complete the family pact. An organisation is only many families put together and the world is all the organisations put together. You want to transform the world, start at home. If one individual gives up a limiting habit or takes up a growth habit; there is an increase of happiness, love, friendship, respect and integrity in that family contributing to the increase of that in the organisations the family members are a part of. That contributes to the increase of happiness, love, friendship, respect and integrity in the world that we all belong to. How beautiful would that be? I believe people come together in a relationship, in a family, in an organization, in a community, in a country, in the world to support each other to walk the path to our inherent greatness lying hidden beneath layers of accumulated fears, to support each other to realize our greatest dreams in deepest communion with our highest self. In supporting others, we discover the path and come home to our own self. All the stress and strife in the world is an outcome of unacknowledged stress and strife in our families to begin with. The purpose of this stress and strife is for each one of us to make a choice to work on our own self to become bigger than who we are by learning to respond with love instead of reacting from fear. In those choices, made moment by moment, lies our growth. When we grow, our families grow, our organisations grow, our country grows and the world grows. By giving all our time and energy to solve the world problems, increasing profitability of our organisations and ignoring the fundamental unit of humanity - the family; we actually end up reducing our power to solve the world problems and leading our organisations from good to great. Gold medal cannot be won in the Olympics with a pebble in your shoe. Each one of us is meant to win the gold medal in the Olympics of Life by having it all - deeply fulfilling successful career, loving harmonious relationships at work and at home, happy responsible kids with their genius joyfully expressed and lots of nourishing nurturing me-time, while making a difference in the world. May you walk the path to increase your Leadership Depth to have it all. Only a true leader would have the strength to make it possible. Love, Jyoti. There are four paths of personal transformation, four ways to experience your own greatness by letting your light shine through to illuminate the world: 1. Karma Yoga - Be the best in the job that you do with the focus on making a difference to others through your work, without being needy for a successful outcome. 2. Bhakti Yoga - This is the path of love, relating to God as an expression of love. This is the path of childlike trust and faith in the Universe; path of giving our own self and each one in our space unconditional love and acceptance. 3. Raja Yoga - On this path, we progress by controlling our mind, emotions, body, energy and senses through meditation, asanas, pranayama etc. 4. Gyan Yoga - This is the most difficult path, requiring tremendous strength of will and intellect. This path is about breaking the glass ceiling between ourselves and the Universal Consciousness. We need to have learnt and integrated the lessons from the above 3 paths before we can walk on this one. Consider your job or your business as the playground on which you have to play the above four games to be a Gear 5 Leader, the Peaceful Warrior who has it all - deeply fulfilling successful career, joyful relationships, happy responsible kids and lots of nourishing me-time; making a huge difference to the world, leaving foot-prints in the sand of time. This is the way to transform from being a hard-working, fighter High Performer to a joyous, peaceful warrior Super Performer who effortlessly has it all. The only thing that separates the two are habits - emotional, physical, mental and spiritual. The transformation to being a Super Performer is then only a matter of your mindful choice, moment by moment Love, Jyoti. Growth lies in the direction of what you fear, what you resist and what is difficult. Using this guiding principle, making choices becomes a very simple, an almost effortless process :-) Should I play on the easier course or the course where I lost 5 balls last time, should I travel to the US for a training or sign up for another video conference coaching program, should I take the kids for tournaments around the country or let them continue to play on their home course, should I seek forgiveness from my home support staff because I shouted at her or should I just pretend nothing happened, should I challenge the yes or simply accept the cheque from a new client, should I please my clients or tell them what they don't want to hear, tell them what others in their life don't have the courage to tell them, take them to places where they are scared to go though that's where their highest growth lies. Every time a choice shows up, my mind groans because it hates what it fears, what it resists and what it finds difficult; and it knows what choice I will make because I am not my mind. I have a mind. I am not my thoughts and emotions. I have thoughts and emotions. Then who am I? I am my commitment - commitment to be love, gratitude, reverence, integrity and mastery. It is the expression of my highest self. And, commitment doesn't shift because of who I am interfacing with, what my circumstances are, the chaos that is outside or inside. Sure, I fall off the path many moments along the way. What moves me forward is making the choice to keep coming back. Take a moment for inquiry and reflection - Who are YOU? What moves me forward is also the understanding that at the Starter level, we will be on the path only 20% of the time. 80% of the time, we will fall off, come back to the path after restoring our word to ourselves. After being a Starter, we gather enough muscle to move on to the Champion level where we are on the path 80% of the time and 20% of the time, we will fall off and make the choice to come back. Its only at the Mastery level, are we on the path 100% of the time. The challenge is we give up at the Starter level, making ourselves wrong for having fallen off the path not realising mastery is certain as long as we keep getting up to walk after every fall. Wishing you strength, courage and conviction to walk on your path to who YOU are to experience authentic joy, fulfilment, freedom, abundance and success. Love, Jyoti. Consider the car as the human being with its destination as living the purpose of one's life. The four wheels of the car are the four bodies of the human being - a. Physical - How healthy are you? b. Mental - How well do you respond with equanimity to difficult people and situations? c. Emotional - How happy are you? d. Spiritual - What is your purpose? Why are you doing what you are doing? Is your source Fear or Love? It is obvious there has to be adequate pressure in all the four wheels for the car to move towards its destination. Even if one wheel is punctured or has less pressure, the car will come to a grinding halt or slow down. The car needs the gear system to accelerate forward with velocity towards its destination (purpose of life). Lets call it Leadership Depth. By default, leadership depth is in Gear 0 where we are victims of our circumstances, the world defines who we are rather than us defining what the world is. We are born in Gear 0, we can stay here forever till death finally embraces us and we are as far away from having fulfilled our purpose of having been born as we were on the day we were born; with our dreams wrapped up in shroud in our heart, our inner Light (our greatness) having found no way out as we are being burnt on the funeral pyre or getting buried under the ground. Our evolution so far has been a fear-sourced process, that is why it is called Survival of the Fittest. In order to evolve forward, we first need to be aware of what our fears are. Fundamentally, all humans have 3 core fears. Each one of us will have one or a combination of these fears which unconsciously drive our life. These fears are: 1. I am all alone. No one loves me. 2. I am not good enough. 3. I am not important. We become High Performers in response to the core fears that drive us unconsciously. Low Performers give in to these fears, while High Performers rise up against these fears to prove to themselves and the world that these fears don't exist in them. This is the level of a good life. Unfortunately, good is the enemy of great. And, so a large majority of us choose the mediocrity of a good life and deny ourselves the deep joy, freedom and fulfilment of a great life. We stop growing beyond High Performance, without realising Super Performance is a milestone lying not too far ahead which is where we can have it all - deeply fulfilling successful career, loving harmonious relationships, happy healthy responsible kids with their genius joyfully expressed, lots of nourishing nurturing me-time, while making a difference in the world by living our specific purpose of life through our work. We cannot have it all when we have a good life, when we are a High Performer. It is a gift available to those who journey forward in the evolutionary path and transmute their core fears to compassionate love for themselves and for all beings with childlike trust and faith in the Universe. On this journey, they open up to allow their individual consciousness to be connected to the Universal Consciousness to experience harmony, connection and joy inside and outside. As an outcome of being on this path, they get access to the creative energy to realize their greatest dreams in deepest communion with their highest self. That is mastery of life itself. We are like an onion. When we are in Gear 0, 1. The core of the onion is the fear that defines us. It will be one or a combination of the 3 core fears i. I am all alone. No one loves me. ii. I am not good enough. iii. I am not important. This is the hole in our soul that we keep running away from, and seeking other people to fill which they can't because only we can. Seeking our spouses, children, parents, friends to fill this hole to make us feel whole, complete and perfect makes us feel needy and miserable; and comes in the way of creating deeply fulfilling loving harmonious relationships. This hole is the rotten core of our Inner Onion, which creates the other layers. Our purpose of Life is to fill this hole using our work as the playground. 2. The next layer in our Inner Onion is our limiting thought patterns in the form of i. our limiting experience of our own self ii. our limiting experience of people iii. our limiting experience of life itself These limiting thought patterns could be in the form of i. I am ... ii. People are ... , My spouse is ... , She is ... , He is ..., iii. Life is ... You could explore The Work of Byron Katie for a deeper dive into this layer. 3. The next layer in our Inner Onion is our limiting emotional experience, which is a derivative of our limiting thought patterns. You could review Brandon Bays' Journey Work for a deeper exploration. 4. Limiting emotional experience sustained over a period of time creates discomfort and dis-ease in the Physical Body. The work of Louise Hay will help you to unravel why you can't lose body fat, have certain aches or certain diseases. 5. The next outer layer is our default coping strategy (explore Enneagram for more details on this) based on default limiting emotional experience of our own self, of others and of life itself. 6. The next outer layer is our default personality which is not as yet in balance because the core of our Inner Onion is Fear. This layer includes our habit patterns at work and other areas of our life, our behaviour patterns, how we communicate (the words we choose, the tone of our voice, our body language) and the unconscious impact of all of this. 7. Leading to the final layer of our default limiting circumstances (our career, relationships, kids, our health and happiness levels, the difference we make) which is the outcome of all the layers within it. Leadership is an inner journey to transform the rotten core (Fear) of our Inner Onion, shifting from Gear 0 to Gear 5, transforming each layer along the way. Only such an inside-out approach can bring about authentic, irreversible, holistic leadership development. Too often, we try to bring about transformation from outside-in and waste a lot of time trying to shift circumstances or personality. They are an outcome of what's within. At Gear 0, our core is Fear. At Gear 5, we have been able to transmute Fear to Love. Just as darkness is an absence of light, fear is an absence of love. At Gear 5, we let go of the absence and open ourselves to a Presence and what was unimaginable, impossible becomes possible. Going back to our car analogy, we need three levers to move the 'Human Being' car from where it is to its destination of the Purpose of our Life - 1. Leadership Depth - From Gear 0 to Gear 5 by shifting limiting (physical, emotional, mental / intellectual, spiritual) habits into growth habits; giving acceleration power to the car. 2. Business Excellence - This is the Navigation Tool, the Google Maps as it were which guides us to our destination. There are five mountains (business stages) that we need to journey across to reach our destination. There are three sub-components of this Navigator - Business Creation, Operational Excellence and Extraordinary Service. 3. Craft Mastery - is the skill (domain expertise) of the driver that navigates the car across the five mountains of Business Excellence, leveraging the acceleration power of the 5 Gears of Leadership Depth to support the car to reach its destination - the purpose of life. While the car is racing forward on its journey to its destination, Pit Stops are critical to ensure the health and well-being of the car, the four wheels, the gears, the navigator and the driver. Without these pit stops (Review and Reflection - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, year-end), we will lose steam along the way and are likely to lose direction and end up somewhere else. Wishing you energy, enthusiasm and commitment to journey to your destination this lifetime. Love, Jyoti. Fear is actually a mechanism for self-protection and is inherent in the human psyche because of our evolutionary process. Charles Darwin called it the Survival of the Fittest. Survival instinct is an indication of the presence of Fear. So, for billions of years, Life has been motivated by Fear. If there is Life, there is Fear. Our brains are hard-wired with that ingredient. The very thing that supported us to survive is the very thing that comes in the way of our further evolution and transformation. Fear got us to this point, it cannot take us any further. It is a vestigial organ in the Body of Humanity. What is Fear? Just as darkness is an absence of light, fear is an absence of love; love for self to begin with, evolving to love for all beings. There are essentially three primary fears that we humans have - a. I am not good enough. b. I am not important. c. I am all alone. No one loves me. Transformation to our highest self is a five stage process that transmutes the default fear circuitry of the mind by shining on the absence the presence of the light called love: 1. Unconscious - At this stage, we are unconscious of our fears. We unconsciously spend time pushing our fears under the carpet so as not to see them. We create our circumstances, the way people and Life treat us but we are blind to us being at the source of all that is created around us. We experience being trapped with no access out. We may even be so unconscious that we hide the experience of being trapped itself from our own selves and coat our existence with a pretence of 'Life is Good'. Lets call it being at Gear 0 of our Growth Cycle. In Gear 0, there's too much work, too little time. We are racing through life, from moment to moment, from pillar to post. We are victim of other people, situations, circumstances. Health is an issue. We are busy being busy. We are constantly seeking approval and appreciation but when it comes, it does not fulfil. We have no Power to Create. 2. Conscious - As we move forward in our own individual journey of growth, we become conscious of our fears. We begin to become conscious of the emptiness inside inspite of all the success outside. We begin to see the connection between our fears and our circumstances; between our fears and the way people and Life treat us; though only after the mess has been created, after the devastation has taken place. And, as yet, we can do nothing to escape because we become conscious only after we have created the mess, only after it is too late to do anything. This is Gear 1 of our Growth Cycle. After the mess of experiencing a life-threatening disease or loss of a loved one or relationship breakdown or career breakdown or any other intense experience of failure, we have a choice to either allow ourselves to break down or make the choice to become conscious and continue the evolutionary process of growth towards our highest self. In Gear 1, we give ourselves the permission to experience ourselves as extraordinary and to give unconditional love and acceptance to one's own self. We make the choice to love, acknowledge, appreciate and approve ourselves instead of seeking it from others. This creates deep stillness within with nowhere to go and nothing to prove. We strengthen our Agility of Mind leadership muscle to be able to jump from Gear 0 to Gear 1. There are various personal practices across the five bodies (physical, energy, mental / intellectual, emotional, spiritual) of our Being that give us the inner strength to make this massive shift in human consciousness. One such practice is to write acknowledgements for one's own self on a daily basis. This practise requires huge agility of mind. 3. Awareness - If we continue walking towards our highest self, the next stage is Awareness. At this stage, we are fully aware that we are at the source of all that is in our life. We begin to understand how the outer world is truly a mirror of our inner world. We are aware of the fear, thought, emotion, words, actions as they arise in that order in our body to create the limiting outcome in the world outside. Though, as yet, we are still caught up in our limiting physical, energy, emotional, mental and spiritual habits that do not allow us to create anything different. This is Gear 2 of our Growth Cycle. This is the challenge of life. If you stay in one place, you die. It is only in continuously growing that we stay alive. At some point, we need to make the choice to step up to Gear 2 or risk falling back to Gear 0. In Gear 2, we make the choice to relate to every other being as extraordinary, and to give our unconditional love and acceptance to all beings, however they are and however they are not. We experience Oneness with the Universe. We are at home everywhere and with everyone. We strengthen our Being of Service leadership muscle to shift gears from 1 to 2 to move forward on our journey to our highest self with greater velocity. The practice of Gratitude and Positive Aspects serve us powerfully in this gear. 4. Creation - As we journey forward, we finally begin to experience our inner power to create. Due to deep inner work, we cause a massive shift in human consciousness in our own self. Moment by moment; as the Fear arises, we get access to choose Love over Fear. As a limiting thought, emotion, word, action arises in that order; we have created a large enough gap to be able to choose a limitless thought leading to a limitless emotion leading to positive words leading to powerful, effective actions creating a whole new reality, not available to us before. We begin to experience positive shifts in all the areas of our wheel of life - career, relationships, kids, finances, health etc. This is Gear 3 in our Growth Cycle. In this gear, we finally experience love, appreciation and respect from people around us. We experience others' deep love, gratitude and reverence for who we are as human beings. We experience others experiencing us as extraordinary. Isn't this what we all yearn for? The problem is that we are trying to scramble for this from Gear 0, where it is not available. We can only experience it if we cycle up to Gear 3. Gear 3 is the Journey to Nothingness. We experience the powerful creative energy of being Nothing. Ego (which is Fear pretending to be us) dissolves and we experience Effortless Existence. We strengthen our Communicating in the World of Others leadership muscle to change the gears from 2 to 3. Committed Listening, Childlike Trust and Faith, Leading with Questions are some powerful practices that help us to strengthen ourselves to drive forward the car of our Being with velocity and purpose. 5. Leadership - We continue our journey of growth and evolution by continuously doing deep inner work across all the five bodies of our Being to step into Leadership. This is when we can finally lay claim to becoming a Leader from the inside. Without reaching this gear, we are only pretending to be Leaders that we truly are not. This is Gear 4 in our Growth Cycle. When we have massively shifted our human consciousness to be in Gear 4, others experience themselves as Extraordinary and experience deep Love, Gratitude and Reverence for themselves in our space. This is when the Leader in us is born. We experience significant Power to Create in the world outside. To shift to Gear 4, we strengthen the Delivering on My Word leadership muscle. Me and my word are the same. We journey to Everyoneness. It is here at this stage that we feel an authentic connection with each one. The smile spreads from our mouth to our eyes and our heart to everyone else around us. We are centred, we feel settled, a peaceful sense of joyous abundance spreads all around us and inside us, and suddenly we can do so much more than was possible before. Sickness gives way to well-being; relationship breakdown transforms into deep friendship; a failed business rises up to profitability, market leadership and success; an estranged child comes home into our loving embrace; any left-over cynicism and resignation disintegrates totally, and is replaced by the joyous celebration of being alive. 6. Mastery - The purpose of each one of us in our lifetime is to journey to our own greatness through personal, relationship, business, leadership and life mastery. This is Gear 5 of our Growth Cycle. We access personal mastery in Gear 1, relationship mastery in Gear 2, professional / business mastery in Gear 3, leadership mastery in Gear 4 and finally, life mastery in Gear 5. In our space, when we are in Gear 5, people experience each other as Extraordinary and experience deep Love, Gratitude and Reverence for each other. The Master is born. There is Mastery of Life itself. We strengthen Excellence leadership muscle to shift gears from 4 to 5. Power to Create is in full bloom. We intend and it gets created almost instantaneously. We experience Effortless Creation and Journey to Everythingness. It is here that we finally have the power to Have It All - i. deeply fulfilling, successful, profitable business; gifting us with impact, purpose and financial freedom ii. loving, harmonious, positive, uplifting relationships at work and at home iii. happy, healthy, responsible, confident kids with their genius joyfully expressed iv. nourishing and nurturing ourselves to the highest level of health, fitness and joyous well-being - physically, energetically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually v. making a massive difference in the world through the work we do; leaving footprints in the sand of time, having forever moved humanity forward with an act of one person being on this Journey of mastery. It is as if we were Peaceful Warriors on our Hero's Journey, fighting an inner battle with the Fear monster which obstructs us from embracing our Inner Light, our innate Greatness. By removing the thick heavy curtain of darkness separating us from our Light and stepping into our Greatness, we contribute to the evolution of the human species on this planet. Here are some fascinating figures from Doctor Hawkins' 29 years of research on the hidden determinants of human behaviour (as quoted by Dr Wayne Dyer in his book The Power of Intention): 1. One individual who lives and vibrates to the energy of optimism and a willingness to be non-judgemental of others, will counterbalance the negativity of 90,000 individuals who calibrate at the lower weakening levels. 2. One individual who lives and vibrates to the energy of pure love and reverence for all of life will counterbalance the negativity of 750,000 individuals who calibrate at the lower weakening levels. 3. One individual who lives and vibrates to the energy of illumination, bliss, and infinite peace will counterbalance the negativity of 10 million people who calibrate at the lower weakening levels. 4. One individual who lives and vibrates to the energy of grace, pure spirit beyond the body, in a world of non-duality or complete oneness, will counterbalance the negativity of 70 million people who calibrate at the lower weakening levels. It all is about how each one of us works, leads and lives. Welcome home to your Hero's Journey. Love, Jyoti. Scratch the surface, you will find yourself peeping out from the other. Gurgaon to Los Angeles, from the housekeeping staff sweeping the floor to the chairperson sitting next to me on the flight, from the wailing child exhausted by a 15-hour flight to a hassled mom holding him, from a young one beaming in her beauty to an old one waiting for her wheelchair; so much of me around. I look in the mirror, I see so much of each of you in me. Its when we can feel the connection with each one, the smile spreads from our mouth to our eyes and our heart to everyone else around us. We are centred, we feel settled, a peaceful sense of joyous abundance spreads all around us and inside us, and suddenly we can do so much more than was possible before. Love, Jyoti. |
