It is statistically proven that 20% of the cause gives you 80% effect. It's called Pareto's Principle. That means:
1. 20% of your activities give you 80% results. What you could do - Identify the 20% and do them first thing in the morning. Delegate the next 60%, eliminate the remaining 20% to stop being busy being busy unleashing an abundance of time to invest in nurturing yourself and your family. 2. 20% of your customers give you 80% profit. What you could do - Deepen your relationship with the 20%. Automate the service / product delivery to the next 60%. Eliminate the bottom 20% because they give you 80% of all your troubles. 3. 20% of your employees gives you 80% of your organisation's productivity. What you could do - Nurture your 20% to become future leaders to ultimately replace you. Move 60% to manage automated processes freeing up a lot of humanpower. Re-purpose your freed-up humanpower to create even greater value for your customers, increasing your profitability. Coach the remaining 20% to identify their purpose of life, passion and support them to align their work with that for them to live in the expression of their greatness, either within or outside your organisation. This is how you would have it all - deeply fulfilling successful career, joyful relationships, happy responsible kids and lots of nourishing me-time, which is the only way we are meant to live.
